  From the time I walked in to this Arby's, this day, I have been welcomed with such quality hospitality that it felt like I was walking in a 5 star restaurant! I only came there for mozzarella sticks because theirs are the best I believe, unless I'm in a diner somewhere, then, sometimes, that's their challenge/competition,. But if it's just for fast food, then Arby's is the best for mozzarella sticks, they know what they're doing; highly recommend! And by the way, I give honor where honor is due... hats off to Karima, the manager for making my welcome and lunch time very pleasant! 🍇🌊🎉

  Don't get me wrong I know I'm one of the few people left who still like Arby's and are keeping it alive. Here's my honest review of this location. I have had issues in the past (because I order during off hours) with fries being stale beyond the point of edible. I understand that not many orders come through Arby's especially during off hours so the fries from lunch probably end up sitting for what seems like 2 hours +. All I ask is you make sure to have fresh fried items when orders come through. I am willing to wait the extra couple minutes to have edible food. That being said. My review is 5 stars because after I expressed my concern to employees at the restaurant they gladly took care of me and got me fresh food. Thank you guys your handling of the situation without a negative attitude was much appreciated and that is why you have this 5 stars.

  Ladies and Gentlemen the Cheesesteaks are Top Tier! MOD Bryant today was very courteous and professional. Asked to add lettuce and tomatoes and this FOR me was done without dispute. My Cheesesteak was made hot and fresh and was egregiously exceedingly delicious! The restaurant was clean and well maintained! I will DEFINITELY be back for another Cheesesteak when the crave hits me again. Bravo Zulu Arby’s on Wade Green Road.

  I ordered the cheesesteak with potato cakes now and a peach cobbler egg rolls now in the experience of the ordering potato cakes they are always made. Fresh is the first time I’ve come in what I was waiting on for 10 minutes was the peach cobbler eggrolls so yes, they came out semi hot. However, the sandwich and the potato cakes came out cold. The potato cakes was soft in grease. That was the worst experience I had.
