  They literally tilt the pay screen and watch you to see if you are leaving a tip. Its very uncomfortable. Makes me feel like if I don't tip then they will tamper with my drink. 2 of the three girls I interacted with had a horrible attitude. The coffee is really good but Id rather order myself than with one of them.

  Ty and Ben did a phenomenal job of taking my order and then making sure the drink was dry and kept great conversation while I waited at the pick up spot. They both took time to actually talk to me. Ask me about the weather, how my day was, if I’ve tried any fall flavors.

  this was my first time having 7brew so maybe it’s a biased thought but the coffee was horrible, especially for the 20+ minute wait… service was nothing special it was just the coffee that disappointed me 💔 i got two different drinks and they tasted exactly the same, ultra watered nut milk with the essence of espresso beans 😭 music was blaring too but just close ur windows and it wont be a problem

  Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Don’t go here if you expect your drink to be made correctly. But definitely go here if you want to wait 20+ minutes for TWO drinks and deal with an incompetent 16-year-old manager. When I spoke about my experience and asked what could be done to address it, the manager didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying. Instead, they just awkwardly stared at me without offering any explanation, apology, or solution. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous. Definitely not worth the wait or the headache.

  Employees don’t seem to have any urgency and like to hangout and talk to each other. The espresso machines were down and there was a 20 minute line, employees waited until we were at the front of the line to let people know that machines were down. Employees are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about customer.
