  I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience at 7Brew today!! Alivia made the entire visit so fun and welcoming from the second I pulled up. She had such an amazing attitude and energy that instantly made my day better. You can genuinely tell she cares about the customers and enjoys what she does, which is honestly rare to find sometimes. I’ve been to a lot of coffee places, and customer service can honestly make or break the experience, but Alivia absolutely went above and beyond!!!

  This place should not be allowed to be categorized as a coffee shop, but rather a “flavored milk” shop. After waiting 15 minutes in line and paying almost $13 dollars for two drinks, I received two 20 ounce lattes with maybe one shot of espresso each. The workers were incredibly nice, but the establishment itself should be advertised as an unblended milkshake shop since the espresso to milk ratio is about 1:20. I will go home and use this as creamer for a normal 20 ounce latte that should have 3 espresso shots.

  The music was so loud. They walked around with iPads with no menu and they’re constantly telling you to pull up. It’s a brand new place so I don’t understand why they didn’t have any menus, that they could hand you so you can see what drinks they offer. Everyone doesn’t automatically know what’s on the menu. I ordered a mocha because that’s all I could think of since I couldn’t see a menu but it was nasty and lacked flavor , the oat milk was bad quality and taste very watery. I Was really excited to try this place but it was a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t go back.

  First time trying 7 brew and honestly it was exactly what I expected. 7 brew is simply internet hype. I will say the service and atmosphere was fairly quick and good. The music in the drive-thru was a bit loud but honestly was fine with me cause the music was decent. My largest gripe is actually the drink I ordered. Their shakes are simply not shakes. Online they are described as creamy, this was not the case. I ordered the s'mores shake and it was basically a icee, which I can not stand icee shakes. The flavor wasn't the worst which is why I gave 2 stars under food and not 1. Overall 7 brew will probably be hit or miss but personally it's not for me.

  Went today around 8am. The girl who took my order was super sweet but they didn’t have a few things I usually get with my order. The guy who was with her was also super sweet! I did not catch their names. My issue was with the girl who had dark hair, wearing shorts. She raised her voice and told me to pull my car forward multiple times. I was in the middle of having a conversation with the sweet girl, and she interrupts, with an attitude, to say, “can you tell her to pull her car forward”. All the cars were bumper to bumper. We all looked at each other and the girl taking my order apologized and said I was fine and too close to the car in front of me anyway. You should not be in a customer service job if you are going to have an attitude over customers not wanting to rear end someone in a drive thru. Would rather go to another location where they have everything and nicer people everywhere.
