  I ordered Wingstop online and got there to find Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite all out, and the Fanta tasted watered down. I asked for a bottled water instead since I already paid extra for a large drink and was told no unless I paid more. That makes no sense when the drink machine is clearly down. Y’all should’ve updated that online before people ordered. Then my wings were cold and dry right after my order was marked ready. Completely unacceptable. I will never come back to this location again.

  They messed up my order because wings were missing from it, so I had to drive all the way back while the rest of my food got cold. When I returned, the manager’s “solution” was either to throw the food back in the grease or only remake the missing wings. I politely asked if they could just remake the full order since the food was already cold because of THEIR mistake, and the manager told me they “couldn’t” because it was “against policy.” I’ve genuinely never heard of a restaurant refusing to remake an order after messing it up themselves. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and handled the situation terribly. Customer service clearly is not a priority at this location. They seriously need better staff and a new GM because the current one clearly doesn’t know how to properly handle customer issues.

  Making the decision to eat out has been one of the most difficult things for me over the past year. Food quality and customer service have declined so much in many places that I almost dread trying somewhere new and hoping it feels worthy of my trust. However, this Wingstop has far exceeded even a 5-star review. I really want to take a moment to applaud the hiring manager and the entire crew — the late-night staff, lunch crew, and everyone in between. It’s rare to come across people who feel sincerely authentic and genuinely kind. The restaurant is consistently clean, welcoming, and professional, and from the moment I walk through the door, I feel confidence and trust in the experience. That says a lot about the people running this location and the standards they uphold.

  Order 30 piece combo meal. Lemon pepper wings were excessively seasoned. Scraped some off and still overly salting. Very disappointing as this order was to feed my family. Spending too much money for terrible food. Tried calling the store for a resolution and no answer.

  It was My 1st Time at the New Location they Just Opened Here so The Crew/ Staff is new I Ordered 10pcs Lemon Pepper & Honey Hot Rub The Lemon Pepper Flavor was Fresh and Good 👍🏽 The Hot Honey Wings were Wrinkled and Served Cold like out the Freezer and Sauce wasn't That Good I Paid And got Half a Meal Corn was OK Kind of Dry Frys were Perfect and Drink Perfect Crew was Nice and Attentive I May give them 1 more Try if I Return and the Quality isn't What I Expect I'm Never coming back
