  Short staffed, but they are trying customer service experience is pretty good. Staff always have smiles. But depending on time expect a little wait Overall I will give a 6

  We ordered and paid then waited 35 mins for 3 drinks and an ice cream. We pressed the button again and asked about our order. They retook our order and said we had not paid, we showed them it had already come out of our bank. They said they had to charge us again and "if" we had already paid then it wouldn't charge us a 2nd time. Now I have 2 12.00$ charges and will have to call tomorrow and try to get them to refund one if them. Ridiculous

  I would not recommend this sonic. Customer service was terrible, first we waited 30 minutes to even get our food and then once we get to the window, they were still kind of rude. They give us part of our order, so we were waiting on the other part, then it was another 10 minutes before she even came back to the window to ask if we were still waiting on something. Tbh I wouldn't be so mad if the cook was actually cooking instead of standing in the kitchen eating ice cream, and also if the customer service was a little bit better.

  Do not waste your time eating at this place! Slow, unprofessional, terrible customer service and unorganized! Throw away the entire staff and get new people!
