Edith not only assisted me with all my questions but also solved my problem with a quick solution! Honestly I tried everything to handle my issue online before coming in. However Edith with her great customer service and compassion for me made my experience a lot easier. Thank you lots (I really hope I have her name right she deserves a shout out)

- TTtracy traylorMar 31, 20263.0Overall they are ok but never order through the mobile app and park in the spot for them to bring it out. I paid through the app and still waited almost 20 minutes. That happened twice. The last time the manager looked out the window and saw me waiting. I guess that's when they realized they had not brought my food out but by that time I was headed inside. You do better going through the drive thru to pick up your mobile order or just order when you get there. Smh.
