- CBchyanne blaggApr 22, 20261.0I go here every morning for my ice coffee and pies. Yesterday, 4/21 i stopped and got my regular and i asked for a "caramel iced coffee, extra caramel".. I'm watching her make my coffee and she turns her back to me proceeding to make it, i finally get it and drink it and she added vanilla and caramel when i only asked for caramel! tried to be slick and turn her back while making it.. i'm pregnant and can't have vanilla, it made me very sick.. i return this morning and say something about it and she's just sitting there laughing, trying to hide like she knows what she did... i ask the employee that was standing with her yesterday watching her make it, being slick with her to call her to the window and she ignores me.. i will be reporting the whole store! especially the manager... i ask you for something specific and you still make it your mission to do something else and then laugh about it.. SICK! (hispanic lady at the window in mornings and the manager with the 2 braids in the morning) couldn't get their name bc they wanted to hide smh!
