  10/2026 - They built this location too small. Menu is not clear what is free and what will be charged to put on burger. Fries were good, until they got cold. Burger is mediocre. Iced coffee is horrible; worse than hotel coffee. Even though they've been open a few months, employees seemed rather newly trained. Must be high turnover?

  Very attentive and friendly employees! Felt like running into an old friend when meeting someone new. Plus, they gave fantastic customer service, going so far as to give me a new sandwich AND leave me with my old one when I had a simple complaint with the food quality. I've gone to plenty of whataburgers and enjoyed them, but this one might have to be my favorite. Thanks for the late night hospitality!

  This is the Best Berger and the best milkshakes in the area. If you have not tried their food, you are missing out on an awesome meal. Their strawberry shakes are the best I have ever had. They are rich and very flavourful. They use top quality meats and products in their foods. You can really tell it once you bite into their foods. Give them a try and you will become a regular customer. I highly recommend you try a Whataberger meal. Bill C

  As a multi-business owner, I believe this location urgently needs stronger leadership and coaching. When it first opened, it performed very well and met expectations; however, my experiences during the past three visits have been beyond disappointing. We gave the location a second and third chance, but the service has continued to fall short. If you use the drive-through, be prepared to speak very loudly, as the air-conditioning compressor makes it difficult to hear the speaker. In addition, the milkshake machine may or may not be operational, and you should have modest expectations regarding order accuracy, as our order has been incorrect on three consecutive visits. The employees also appeared disengaged from customer interactions and did not ensure that our order was prepared correctly. Today’s visit was so disappointing that we will take our business elsewhere—or prepare a simple meal at home, such as canned tuna with crackers. I urge the franchise owners to address these issues and improve the customer experience for future consumer visits. Our order number was 542113.....consumers deserve better!

  Eh...really hate giving businesses less than 5 stars, since I know how much effort goes into it. But, here is why - it is always a wait. No other cars, but still a wait. No matter if you prefer order, you will still wait. You would think food comes out good, but no - bread turns into mush from sitting with tomato too long, fries are cold and drinks dont taste right. Only reason its not 1 star is the young man that I think is manager there, I wish I got his name, tall, slim black guy - very pleasant and fun to work with. If he is there, your experience will not be as bad. That is all.
