  Waited 30 minutes for the wrong food to be told they are out of the correct food. Then given a hard time about a refund. Completely unacceptable.

  Waited over 20 minutes for drive thru order after being told to park at the curb and wait. Finally went inside and they hadn't even started the order. Slow, lack training and lack customer service skills. Food was meh too.

  I was excited to try Whataburger and YUCK!! The fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting there all day. The lemonade was tasteless. It was mostly water with a small hint of lemonade. The burger was cold. I went through drive thru and thought with the wait, it was going to come out hot and delicious. Whataburger, whatawaste! Save your money!

  The slowest service, ordered online and had to wait 25 minutes, and just to be told they were out of coffee, to get a refund had to do it over the app cause there nothing they could do

  My daugher and I visited this location recently because for some reason, she had really been wanting to try Whataburger. We didn't feel like cooking dinner, and it got late after we were doing some cleaning, so tired and hungry, we treked over to this location looking forward to a couple of quick burgers and fries, and one of their Strawberry Hiabiscus drinks. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to take our order, and we saw the 2 self serve order stations and assumed thats what you're supposed to do. For reference, you can do either, and I rather prefer ordering from a person rather than a machine, and I'm not that old. We placed our order, paid, and waited 5 minutes for an employee to appear and pay attention to us enough to get a cup for our order. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our three pretty basic burgers to come out. We didn't make any crazy subsitutions or anything...Just regular Whataburger to take home, a Jalapeno Cheeseburger for myself, and one kids cheeseburger meal. There was several employees that seemed to be doing not a thing while orders piled up from a larger group of high schoolers behind me(Lord knows how long those poor dudes waited)... Finally one employee feebly apologized for our wait at about the 20 minute mark, and it just was too little too late. My Burger, the Jalapeno Whataburger, had waaay to many onions on it, not quite enough cheese, but was other wise a decent burger for the price point. My kids liked theirs, which is the reason this is an overall 2 star instead of a 1 star, but man, food is sooooo MID and the service is beyond awful. I'll probably go to Culvers or something next time..... This ain't it chief.
