Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Never again. This location was good the first week it opened, and since then it's gone down the toilet. Most of the staff is rude and obnoxious, the food quality is horrendous (do they ever change the oil in the fryers?!) and the service is even worse. I've been there maybe 4 times since it opened, and not once has an order been correct. The sodas coming from the machines taste nothing like what they're supposed to taste like. Can't imagine how often they get cleaned and sanitized. Just avoid this location altogether and go to any other fast food joint in the area.

Zero stars. Service is veeeeeeeeeeery slow. Now I appreciate Chick-file. Very efficient in handling and service is good. But Whataburger is a total disappointment. There’s a problem with staffing and I’m surprised the owners haven’t figured out the drive through service in this day and age. Waited beyond 30mins for a drive by and every other car!!

Staff on phone talking loudly. Food took 15 mins the first time we went, no one came out to acknowledge us or address the extraordinarily long wait until after I brought it up twice and someone came from the back and was very professional and kind, gave my boys cookies. The food was so so. Today the wait in the drive through was around 10 mins. An employee on her phone at the picnic tables talking loudly. Just seems managed poorly, has to pull forward and wait for food. Lady who brought food was very kind and professional. This location is struggling

This place needs a serious overhaul in customer service. I blame management/ownership for allowing this, either they know and do not care or they don't care to find out. Food orders have missing items, employees have poor attitudes, employees are hanging out with friends. My experience was with the employee at the drive-thru, so I am not sure if this was the manager or cashier. Either way, they got to do better.

pull up at 6:30 only car in the drive-through asked for a chicken biscuit combo with a black coffee. They had me pull forward to wait for the black coffee. No big deal. 10 minutes later I check in we still waiting for that black coffee? Yup. It was five minutes after that then I got it. 15 minutes to brew a black coffee? Now I’m going to be late for work because I expected a place to have coffee on hand at 6:30 in the morning. I get if you were out of coffee and in the middle of brewing more coffee. But the fact it took 15 minutes, tells me there was none on hand at all and none brewing. That’s a severe lack of preparation or initiative. Also, they forgot my hash brown. The lady delivering food at the window is friendly, but whoever that Is taking orders at the drive-through always sounds like she wants you to leave. For a highly acclaimed chain trying to debut their first stores here in ATL I would expect them to be trying way harder than this. I guess you already caught the lazy ATLitis. You’re going to have to do better than that to survive in John’s Creek though. That Sandy Springs /Marietta type service ain't gonna cut it here.
