  My refresher tastes like nothing. It’s not sweet. The drive thru lady wasn’t very friendly. Not happy with service.

  Emoni, took care of our school function with such class. The donuts were super delicious and fresh and she was so kind and attentive when we ordered! Thank you Barnwell Bears!

  How do you order an avocado toast with no bacon and a medium caramel craze, just to end up with a toast with bacon and a small tea??? After the girl at the window tells me to pull to the front to wait on my supposed coffee. Just to wait 5 minutes and nobody brings my coffee out. I go in and there are 5-6 people working but standing around talking and laughing. No receipt given. I tell the girl and she tells me I charged you for a small. I don’t know what you charged because I was not given a receipt from the beginning. Just for them to remake and still mess up the order after a remake. HOW???

  I went in for a school function my son had that was being hosted at this location. My son received a free donut, but I also ordered a half dozen donuts. As we approached the cash register the screen said our order was ready. I inquired and was told it would be a few more minutes. About 15 minutes later still no donuts. One employee just walking around behind the counter, another texting on her phone, and the third restocking a machine. I waited 20 plus minutes for a half dozen donuts that were sitting in a case directly in front of me. It was not all that busy and I work in the food service industry. I would probably not return to this location unless it is for a school function.

  I love Dunkin but I've given this Dunkin many many chances and their success rate is 25% at most. My order has been made incorrectly on several occasions, or they miss items I paid for. They won't make half-caf lattes despite having decaf and regular, but every other Dunkin I've been to does it. The two stars are because the staff is very friendly. I believe the issues this Dunkin has are a result of poor management and overworked staff.
