- AHAshley Harris2 days ago1.0So I went there at 6:20 AM on a Friday morning with my two boys and my one son is down syndrome and sometimes he can get a little bit noisy. We walk into the establishment. It was completely empty. Nobody in a drive-through line either the lady named Bijal Walked up, looked at us, took a step back and said what do you want I was a bit confused because I’m like we’re standing at the register that means we’d like to order so I said well first off good morning and I said he would like pointed to my oldest son, he would like to order him something he went ahead on an order and said thank you then she when she gave us our items. She never said thank you have a good day or anything like that, she took our money and turned her back and walked away when she first came up there she stared at my down syndrome, so six years old up and down as if he was an unknown species I get it. He’s a bit noisy, but he special needs and sometimes he just cannot help it. it’s safe to say we will never go back to this establishment.

Like many customers, I also asked for a cup of water to go with my meal. To my surprise, I was charged 50 cents for the water. I completely understand paying for premium items, but charging a customer for a simple cup of water when they have already purchased both food and a coffee is poor customer service and leaves a very negative impression. It’s not about the amount—it’s about the principle and how customers are treated. Small gestures of goodwill are what keep customers coming back. Instead, this experience made me feel nickel-and-dimed over something that should have been a basic courtesy. I hope management reconsiders this policy or at least ensures customers are informed before being charged. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning to this location.
