- LPLuis Paz2 days ago1.0Disgusting experience. The manager was constantly rushing the employees and telling them in Spanish to hurry up. Before my family and I had even finished ordering, he was already telling the cashier to charge us and basically guessing what we wanted just to move the line faster. Because everyone was being rushed, the food was made sloppy and the whole experience felt stressful. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, and customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being pushed out before they can even finish ordering. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Constantly on their phones and talking with each other doing no work when a line is out the door. They NEVER have food ready; always out of just about everything. Don’t bother going here.

My daughter placed an online order resulting in her debit card being charged 7 times. She then went to pick up the order and was told they didn't have anything in her name. My daughter showed her the confirmation and the lady slammed the window in her face, "we busy, you need to order again." So my wife went up to show them the 7 charges and ask for a refund and reversal and was told, "not out problem, call your bank." Still never got the food. Luckily the bank reversed all of the charges and refunded the money immediately. Second awful customer service experience at this location. My kids usually visit once a week, but will be the last time our family goes into this location.
