  Similar experience to others Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:11pm. On three different occasions, someone kept coming to the window to ask what was the name on the order. I kept having to give them the name over and over. I waited in the pick up line for over 25+ minutes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

  Repeated, inconsistent portion sizing and skimping on the cheapest of ingredients. Paying $17 for a bowl that doesn’t even fill the bottom of its container. Penny wise, pound foolish.

  This location is the absolute worst Chipotle that I've ever been too. At 5pm they were already out of 4 different meats. There was no peppers and onions as she was preparing them. This should have been done before they ran out. The preparer (teenager) said no whote rice...w/o even checking. He was rude and then moved our food over and we stood there forn2 minutes until another teenager decided to check us out. Zero greeting, zero customer service. She could barely throw our receipt at us before turning her attention to some other teenager who had come to the counter to talk to her.

  If I can give negative review points , I would . The most terrible chipotle ever . I came inside the store and asked for a rice bowl , the most basic of things of a Friday evening. The white rice was out . They informed me that I could wait for it . Then , upon agreeing to get brown rice , they then proceeded to tell me the fajitas were not ready either , and they had already poured rice and chicken into the bowl . The portion was probably good enough for a 5 year old child for a 11 dollar bowl . When I asked for at least some chicken to fill the bowl , they rudely said I have to pay double for it . When I asked to speak with the manager , she made a weird face and never came to speak with me . Rude , no service , it makes me never want to come to Chipotle ever again .

  This place gets worse and worse. I placed an order online and when I pulled up, the line was around the building. So I went inside. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I was there right at 6:40. They asked me my name and told me that they were a little backed up. I waited until almost 7 o’clock to get my order. They just kept putting people in front of me and would not make my order. And then they put the order together so poorly not sure I’ll be visiting this place anytime soon.
