  Worst service I've had at any fast food place, hands down. I was rushed through ordering by the man on the drive thru, so couldn't engage with the menu and just gave up and ordered a tender meal with an unsweet tea and a classic roast beef sandwich. I was met at the window with a clearly annoyed woman who just stared and wordlessly handed my items, which consisted of a sweet tea and cold fries and cold tenders, which were somehow also overcooked and strangely sweet tasting? The only saving grace was the roast beef sandwich, which was as warm as good as it has ever been. I havent been to Arby's in a year or two, and probably won't be back soon- will likely never return to this location despite it being the only one close to my house.

  Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Robin greeted us with a smile. She was amazing. Will definitely have to come back. Way better than the one on our side of town

  The food was so fresh and delicious. From my area , the food isn't and service is worse 😫. Very thankful 🙏 😊

  The service here was amazing and the whole experience was great. Richard is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
