  I just left 7 Brew. Love the product but the service SUCKS. Kid that took the order was hanging all over my truck. Then my order was wrong when they brought it out. Told the kid that’s not what I ordered and his response… yeah but it’s a large. Who cares. Then gave me an eye roll and shook his head like was being an idiot. manager came over and corrected it.

  I have gone to this location well over a dozen time. More often than not my coffee is wrong. When there is 35 flavor syrups on the menu you would expect that your drinks would have the flavor you asked for. Almost every single time I get my drink extra sweet and I still don't taste any hint of syrup flavor. Whenever I ask how the syrup is measured out it seems as through the multiple staff members I asked don't know. So how is it a company knowns for their extensive flavor menu is unable to have a standardized measuring system for syrup in their drinks. It appears as though it's just up to the barista on bar how much they think is enough. All this to say I worked at Starbucks for 3 years always on bar and I know how to make coffee and it appears almost all of your staff at a specialty drink is incapable of making a consistent drink. As well as dear god the music is way to loud and most of the staffs customer service skills are lack luster to say the least. I wanted to like going to this coffee chain because once in a blue moon my drink is absolutely perfect and I absolute love it but that's very rare. I think it's about time I start going to the other coffee shop in the area until a standardized pump system for syrups is put in place as I have grown quite tired of wasting my money on unflavored coffee when there is 35 syrups on the menu.
