  Today was probably the worst experience I have had at this 7Brew, normally we are talked to almost immediately and they take our orders immediately. They are usually very efficient and quick, but today we pulled into the line, there were only 2 cars in front of us and 2 cars in the other lane. We were there for 20 minutes waiting to order. Every other time I’ve been here they send other workers down the line to start taking orders to avoid a build up in the line even when it’s not busy. Today no one was taking the orders ahead of time and the girl on our side was on her phone 90% of the time. When we looked inside it looked like everyone was just standing around doing nothing. By the time we left the line had extended into blocking the exit of the parking lot. I understand it’s hot outside but I’ve seen them be on top of their game in way hotter and worse conditions. Really disappointed with my experience today, the guy handing us our drinks apologized and said they had a lot going on today, but honestly I can’t think of anything that would affect it that badly cause they were still serving drinks just really really slowly.

  Tried this place for the first time today and really liked it. Got a peach flavored black tea with coconut milk that was delicious. Friendly staff and great location. I know their app is new but I hope it continues to improve. You can order ahead and customize but you still have to pay in the drive thru. I’d like to think being able to also pay in the app would help with drive thru flow but nonetheless, had a great experience.

  The 7 energy drinks orders today were very week in. Flavor very dissappinted i TRIED TO EXPAND GAVE ME A 404-PG ERROR WE GO TO SAME ONE TWICE A WEEK HOPING WE CAN GET A REFUND ON COLD WATEER NO FLAVOR

  I asked for no ice because they always filled up 90% of the entire cup and I asked for no ice and I was like hey you guys feel up too much with ice. Can you please no ice. I said I got you and then literally they still put too much ice in

  Drive 30 minutes and yall closed early 😑 Update : Reached out to your team through customer support like you said. They only replied that they will be better the next time i visit. Which based off that response won’t be anytime soon
