  Severly understaffed, my wait was entirely to long. $40 dollar order and was told I'd have to get extra large drinks because they were out of cups, and when order was ready i asked for condiment packets to go instead of using the pump at the counter ,i would pay for 3 more packets of condiments...now im a to go order.

  I ordered the Cheesesteak, curly fries and a coke zero on the app. When I made it to the drive thru they said they didn't have the bun for the Cheesesteak, didn't have any fries and didn't have coke zero. She said she could put the Cheesesteak on a burger bun. So I paid over $13 for a small portion of Cheesesteak on a burger bun, no side what so ever and a large mellow yellow. I love Arby's but I'll never order from the one in jesup ever again.

  My wife sat at the order board outside Arbys for 30 min waiting to place an order with other costumer's in line.No one ever asked to take her order and so she decided to go elsewhere as she pooled around to leave she noticed an employee standing inside the store with the window open.She asked the employee was the store open and he responded with shrugging his shoulders.We enjoy arbys and eat there on a regular basis but after this we probably won't be back.
