  I forgot my card and Elizabeth who was working the drive thru window let me cash app her and paid so that I wouldnt have to drive all the way back to my house and back again, that is great customer service, thank you so much!

  We went the drive thru and service was very good. The orange cream milk shake and Gyro was so good!

  Stopped by the drive-thru today (7/3 at 4:45 PM), and Elizabeth at the window was fantastic. She had a wonderful attitude and provided top-tier customer service. Our food came out hot, fresh, and completely accurate. Best of all, we didn't have to pull forward to wait for our food—which is a huge change from past visits! It is great to see this Arby’s making positive changes.

  Y'all need to spray outside for the German cockroaches crawling all over the walls by your drive thru. Nasty

  Service was poor my husband asked for a Greek gyro meal small with jalapeno poppers in stead of fries he repeated his self about 4 times the dude was mubling the order and we couldn't hear what he was saying barely we got up to the window and it's still wasn't right we told the dude it was wrong and he caught and attitude we weight about 10 mins just for a popper it wasn't a hard order very disappointed
