I have never been more concerned about food safety at a restaurant. The dining area appeared unclean, food handling practices raised serious concerns, and my meal did not seem fresh. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant made me question whether proper sanitation procedures were being followed. Food safety should never be something customers have to worry about, but that’s exactly how I felt leaving this location. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and ensure employees are following proper food handling and cleaning protocols before someone gets sick.
So I think I accidentally went to the world’s first Taco Bell museum. Like, nothing was happening. I’m pretty sure there was a plaque on the wall that said, “Last Order Taken: 2007.”
I walk in—empty ordering area. No line. Just me. I’m standing there for five full minutes before anyone even acknowledges I exist. Five minutes! I started to wonder if I needed to press a button or something. Like, is this interactive? Am I part of the exhibit now? I’m just standing there like a decorative cactus with unmet needs.
Meanwhile, there are people sitting around who have clearly been waiting so long they’ve emotionally bonded with the furniture. One guy looked like he’d just renewed his lease on a booth. He had throw pillows. I think he was paying utilities.
Then another guy walks in. He waits… and waits… and eventually decides invisibility isn’t really his vibe. So he just walks behind the counter and starts entering his own order. And honestly? Respect. That’s initiative. That’s leadership. I was about to ask him if they were hiring.
And here’s the crazy part—the manager notices him immediately. Immediately! Which means someone had been watching this whole time. They just chose not to help anyone. That’s wild. Instead of taking his order, she kicks him out. I’m like, “Really? That’s your most productive employee!” I half expected her to fire him for working without authorization.
After this thrilling episode of “Who Wants to Be Ignored,” I finally get my food… 30 minutes later. Thirty minutes! In Taco Bell time, that’s like a Marvel movie. Actually, it felt more like Interstellar—you know, where time moves differently? Like I had crossed some invisible threshold at the entrance and entered a gravitational anomaly powered entirely by mild apathy and broken soda machines. Every minute at the counter felt like seven years back on Earth. I’m pretty sure my phone aged into a flip phone while I was standing there. Somewhere out there, my family was watching old videos of me like, “He went in for tacos… we never saw him again.”
I half expected to look out the window and see dust storms rolling across the parking lot and a NASA team setting up a launch pad. The employees behind the counter? Completely unaffected. Just calmly existing in their own time bubble, aging at a normal rate while the rest of us experienced full emotional lifetimes between order updates. I was ready to send a message through a bookshelf just to let someone know my Crunchwrap was still pending.
The tacos were fine, but by then I’d aged enough to qualify for the senior discount and develop a mild distrust of clocks. If you want fast food, keep driving. But if you’re looking for a deeply immersive experience in waiting, reflection, and the slow passage of time… this Taco Bell? Five stars. As a retirement community.

I traveled 20 miles to pick up order placed online. After I returned home, found order was completely wrong. I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy. I received 5 legs, 1 breast, 1 thigh. All original recipe. Lol, wish I could give 1/2 star.

Regarding the trash service from Alyssa, we attempted to use the drive-thru just moments before the scheduled closing time, specifically within five minutes of the store shutting its doors. We were not aware of the precise operating hours of the establishment at that particular moment because we had been traveling a considerable distance, having driven from an area located further to the North, all the way down to Atlanta. Due to our journey and the resulting hunger, that is the location we chose to visit and place our order, which is when the issue arose. She manipulated our order and made terrible food for us. Following our inquiry regarding the discrepancy between what we requested and what was provided, the individual stated that we could return the following day to collect our reimbursement. Subsequent to this exchange, she appeared to be endeavoring to convey the notion that our proficiency in the English language was insufficient or inaccurate. The background to this situation is that she had no desire to provide service to any customers immediately prior to the store's closing time, and additionally, the manager had departed from the premises. That specific comment serves to illustrate her current stance or viewpoint on the matter.Regrettably, it appears necessary to involve law enforcement to pursue a reimbursement, although our attempts were unsuccessful due to her refusal to accept the return of the food items and issue a refund. In my assessment, this particular establishment does not merit even a single star rating.
Stay away from this store.
I’m so disturbed by my recent visit that I had to come back two days later and write a review. Waited an hour for my food in the drive thru. Yes I went in multiple times and they kept saying it would be ready in a few minutes. Terrible service over all. Left with no food and wasted an hour of my life for food that would be subpar as is
