  First time here, I was watching everything and I just so happened to see the African American heavy set man eating a fry out of the bowl that they mix the fry seasoning in with his BARE hands. I don’t recommend

  Waited 15 minutes for a burrito and fries then didn't even get my drink for another 5 minutes the staff ignored not just me but almost everyone in the lobby. When someone finally came up she was rude and dismissive. The lobby had 1 family of 3 and was very dirty. The chairs were pulled out all kinds of ways with trash on the floor. (So no one cares to take of the lobby I guess) the food was okay but way too long of a wait when there were plenty of people in the kitchen while it was slow inside and drive through. Also my friend order a dirty baha blast and waited another 5 for her drink to get a small when she ordered a large then when we had a chance to finally get the lady's attention she said "well do you want another one?" Then handed her an empty cup. Like we cannot make a dirty soda out here what are we supposed to do with that? So we tried getting her attention again which took a minute and asked for the cream so we could make the drink and apologized to her for some reason. But the blond old lady was very rude. So if you love waiting a good 15 minutes for your cold food then this is the place for you! Otherwise just take the drive to commerce or go somewhere else.

  I just left the store and my chalupa is inedible. The bread is very stale to a point of not being able to chew it. My other food was great, but that is ridiculous. I spend 71.00

  I ordered a DoorDash about 3 hours ago and I got the supreme luxe box. They didn’t even give me the chalupa I paid for and gave me nacho fries in its place, mind you I’m allergic to potatoes. This is completely unprofessional and I expected better next time.
