  The food was okay and the portions were good sized but it was not a great pizza. Could have done just as well at home. The ceiling was peeling and hanging down. If they can't afford to fix it then where else are they cutting corners. Just not a good look for any restaurant. We won't be back. Too many other places that have better food.

  I have been there 5 times and 3 times my food came out wrong. Tonight was the last straw and I will never go back again. Waited 45 minutes for my food to come out and it was incorrect...again....I will no longer be going back.

  Let me start with I always place an order by phone for pick up. Everytime which id say I’ve done this at least ten times they give me a wait time of an hr. After y first two visits of being there right at an hr and it’s still not ready I’ve learned to wait an extra ten mins on top of the hr they tell me. Well the last two times I’ve been I waited my hour and ten mins and go inside to have to wait an extra 20 mins standing inside at the door in peoples way going in and out. Well this very last visit will now be my last. The blonde girl with a braid in her hair literally says I wish people would stop calling and placing to go orders. And starts complaining to her coworker about to go orders and how she is so sick of doing them. I’m standing there like okay wow! That’s definitely not someone I’d want working in my store and esp not up front doing customer service. She didn’t smile NOT ONCE! How she even has a job is beyond me. Well all I had ordered was a small Caesar salad and bruschetta. Not something that would take over an hr and a half. Well had someone checked it was in the fridge up front waiting THE ENTIRE TIME I was standing there waiting. So now my bruschetta was so soggy and the amount of balsamic drizzle ruined the whole thing. It was literally drenched. Between the waiting, the food, and the young rude girl up front I doubt I’ll be back. And this was Labor Day so yes I understand it was busy but damn!

  First time here, we ordered delivery. The food was hot, but just wasn’t as good as we were expecting it to be. We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 was the BBQ pizza it was a little odd we weren’t expecting a BBQ pizza to have the red sauce on it. We didn’t find any of the pizza satisfactory at all; especially for the price we paid.

  Do not spend your money here! We ordered for delivery and received someone else’s food. Had this been the first, or even the second, time this happened I wouldn’t bother with a review. However, this was the 3rd (and last) time I have tried to order delivery from this location and the 3rd time something went wrong. I called the store, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the young lady on the phone could be heard saying “your call awaits” to the manager before handing the phone over. The manager, Ella, was very nice and claims she is processing a refund (I was told this on another botched order and it never happened). She informed me that if I wanted a the correct order I would have to come get it. If I wanted to come get it I would have done that in the first place. The attention to detail and order accuracy at this location is terrible. Don’t waste your time.
