  My experience was horrible. I came to pick up an order. It’s been 1.5 hours and counting. I talked to the manager and the manager put in my order again and it’s been 30 minutes since then also. Every time someone comes in, they’re given a wait time or are told that their order is not ready yet just for them to wait an hour. I’m not sure who is the owner of this location but if you could please look into what’s going on that would be great. 0/0. Update…Didn’t even get my food.

  The CO₂ is out again… so apparently getting a soda with your pizza is asking too much 😂😂 The service itself was great, and I genuinely feel bad for the servers. I used to work in the service industry, and I know how much things like this can affect tips when servers have to repeatedly tell customers that something isn’t available. The atmosphere was good as well, but it’s honestly crazy that I’ve been here twice now, and both times the CO₂ has been out, so I haven’t been able to get a soda. This just seems abnormal for a restaurant.

  Food used to be better, pizza isn’t as good so we stopped getting that. Then we tried spaghetti, it was great the first 2 times. Every time after that, it’s been half full, meatballs are missing, and we either get no bread or only half. I’m normally not picky but it’s not cheap. Update: tried it one more time and they didn’t include the salad or bread, place is a joke…

  We were looking forward to eat here again. The last time we had Johnny's pizza was at the old location in Jefferson that closed around 10 years ago. We get there and I was told about 15-20 minutes wait time. It would have been that if someone was bussing the tables but instead it took 30 minutes. We ordered and it took about 25-30 minutes to get our food. Except for my Stromboli the server went to check on it can they don't know what happened to it. She said I'll have them make it and I'll make sure to take it off the bill. I said ok sounds good. Thank you. She was very friendly and sympathetic. Well another 30 minutes goes by before I get my food. So now we have been here an hour and a half. I'm ready to go im not going to eat in front of my family and make them wait longer. They lady that brought me my food said that she will be taken care of us now. I said I need to get it to go. She said ok and that she was sorry and going to take 30% off the my food. So that was a little over $2 bucks. If I knew that I would have cancelled it when they lost it. I didn't want to be at a restaurant for an hour and a half at any restaurant. Not happy not sure if we will be back.
