They charge extra for cold foam (be actually for real people) and they are so rude if you don’t tip the drive thru worker. Why would I tip at a drive thru especially if they’re rude. The donuts are always stale so we stopped getting them awhile back. They are also extremely slow with orders.

I haven't had any issues with specialty drinks, so will probably continue getting those and donuts, but sadly, will have to skip everything else.

You are proof that with proper management a fast food location can still run quickly and sufficiently. Other places like Burger King, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell should take a note. This is 100% possible if you have proper management. Some of these other places need to fire their managers, cause they clearly are not good at their jobs. This location stands out amongst so many other fast food locations. Bravo and great work to a great team.
