  Stopped at this location at 12:38pm on a Tuesday afternoon ordered a kids meal with dirty rice and an additional regular size Mac and cheese went to the window waited 4.5 minutes before anyone opened the window and the lady that answered the window never once spoke to me just held out the card reader and took payment then I patiently waited another 3 minutes before she reopened the window and handed me my order I open my order and am missing a fork a biscuit and my bbq sauce wouldn’t recommend to anyone if your just trynna get a quick bite.

  Never ordering food from here again. Bacon is burnt, gravy is water. Its honestly like they hired a whole crew with the lack of know how. Gravy aint supposed to be like water its supposed to be thick and bacon is supposed to be edible not like its gonna break my teeth. I have ordered from here so many times and they used to be really good but as of late the food has been garbage. Do better Bojangles because this is unacceptable.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes, only to be greeted at the window by an employee with a terrible attitude. She was rude, yelling, and wouldn’t even come up to the window when I asked for sauces. Instead, she looked at me and said, “What sauces? We don’t have any.” The entire experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. Even the drive-thru ordering system sounded like AI, and the customer service made it even worse. I definitely would not come back to this location.

  We will NOT be back. The woman at the drive through was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She messed up our order then got mad when I asked her ti fix it.
