Sometimes it’s fine sometimes it tastes like they forgot to add the espresso. It’s not good. Every time I get food it’s cold. This Dunkin used to be great. Rather save my money

I had to wait for them to make fresh coffee, which was fine, but after it was made, they sat it down at the drive through for several minutes, then walked over and picked it up and handed it to me at the counter. What was the point, if you're just going to sit it down and let it get cold, why make me wait for fresh coffee in the first place.
