- OOoStitchOct 2, 20261.0Food was okay-ish, I got the Boo Bites box on a mobile order and ordered it like 10-15 minutes ahead of time. I got there and the receipt is on the counter which was fine since that is what fast food places do most of the time for any type of order, but no part of my order had even been started and I only got the box. I walked in and it was so disorganized and the workers were just talking and on their phones, meanwhile there were people at the drive thru and a line building up inside. It comes with a drink but the app only allows you to select tea, pink lemonade, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, or a coffee of some sort, so theres no way to select the other drinks at the fountain, so of course I selected Pepsi so I could just get my own drink but instead it was made as a Pepsi, so whatever. It was like there was no care at all and that is sad because I used to go years ago and it used to be good, clean, and organized. Lastly, I got home and looked at the inside of the box because I ordered dirty rice with my meal, but I opened the cup and it had been a full cup of gravy, not even any potatoes....Not only that, but the donut bites it comes with were hard as a rock. This was bad, hopefully they will learn to do better. No I am not driving back to get it set right, they will just be not paying attention again.
