  Very very poor experience locked in, and the manager was sitting at a table on her phone, sitting there talking, not even taking orders with the headset on also food was cold and then my wife walked up there to check on my fish fillet that they ordered and washed our food sitting in a warmer waiting for the fish to come out was total be here in 10 minutes then another 25 minutes went by and we’re still waiting for it and then she went up and talked to the manager and she wants to sit here and argue with her definitely do not recommend this place one of the rudest places.

  We stopped here on our way home from Atlanta and, if we weren’t all very hungry from the long day at the aquarium, I would have left and gone somewhere else. We waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru just to place our order. I don’t know if they had something going on there that day or if they were extremely short staffed but the staff members we did encounter were absolutely miserable. Once we finally got our food and got back on the road we were quickly disappointed again that the fries had basically no salt and tasted freezer burnt. I recommend to just keep driving.

  Milner,GA with LOVE'S. ordered food on their kiosk and decided to pay at register for order. Two women standing at the register. When I asked if I could pay for my meal, they said they were waiting for change for another person. Now, when I asked i had my order receipt and card on top when I offered it to them. I would say 10 to 15 mine later they let me know I could pay. Then we waited about 20 minutes more while I watched at least 5 customers come in order off the kiosk, get their order, and leave. I went to ask how long does it take for my order? She took my receipt and went to the back and said it was coming. How long would i have waited if I did ask???? Would not visit again.

  Took an hour and a half to get all our food out and right, adding on to our already long roadtrip. Workers were rude, unhelpful, and slow. If i could give them negative stars i would. Icecream's were melted by the time we got them, and the waiting area was warm and muggy. Don't stop here if you can help it. Also they burnt my fries.

  I tried stopping by today and the people taking orders were not very competent. They took over 5 minutes between being told to start me order and hold on 3 different times. Then, I had ordered the new mcflurry flavor that clearly stated mini on the menu. Then I was informed that the Mini was unavailable for that flavor. Weird, but ok. I asked to remove it that I did not want the regular size, it was too big, just wanted a taste and not waste. They started arguing they there was not a mini. At that time, I did not want it anymore since mini was not available. I was still wanting the meal though. I asked for plain water and when they selected a drink, they selected one with an upcharge on it. Water should not come with an upcharge. After trying to make sure I only paid for what I wanted, I just drove over to Wendy's instead. Either, the employees here were very incompetent, or were upset because they did not get what they wanted. But, seeing as they kept trying to charge things that I did not want, you can take that for what you will. I hope there was just some miscommunication and not that the employees doing something illegal.
