  Every time we order nuggets and/or fries, they taste like really old oil. Please change your oil!

  I don’t usually care to review fast food joints as who goes to one expecting much? But the owner of this franchise location needs to just go do something else with life. The food is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever had. I didn’t even know you could make a Coke taste bad at a McDonald’s. Truly, it’s GA for gods sake. I would expect this 20yr old tasting fries and syrup tasting soda in Forest Park but here in Hoschton. The audacity. Don’t let the new building fool you. Skip over this one and go over to the next location because it truly can’t get any worse. (Gave about 4 tries before leaving this review, it did get worse each)

  The McDonald’s service here is extremely slow, and unfortunately, some of the management staff have very poor manners. I understand that they are under pressure because of the number of orders, but I also worked as a manager before, and I never treated customers that way. It seems like some of the employees McDonald’s hires nowadays lack basic courtesy. They seem to hire just about anyone, and that can really hurt McDonald’s image, especially since this location just recently opened. I ordered fries, ice cream, and nuggets. I waited for 20 minutes it felt like I had ordered a whole meal. I had already told the manager that I was waiting at the curbside pickup. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, she angrily responded, “Well, I’m the only person here.” As if I was supposed to know that. I honestly don’t know who raised that manager, but she seriously needs to find another job if she can’t handle working in a fast-paced environment. She also needs to work on her attitude and the way she treats customers.

  The food was disgusting and very, very cold. My food came out with soggy bread, the fries were extremely cold. hours after I placed my order. This is not a good McDonald’s at all. I’ll never go there again

  Went this morning and it was completely different than last time. We ordered on the kiosk and the kiosk didn’t give me my change and it didn’t give me a receipt. We went to the front counter and asked for our change, she said she needed a receipt. I said that the kiosks didn’t give us one, but we took a picture of it to show you guys. We ended up getting our change and we sat down. They brought our food but not our drinks, we asked them for our drinks and they said okay, we watched multiple people come back in from outside saying their mobile orders were messed up or they had a forgotten item, they didn’t get their orange juice, and we watched as multiple people got their food and drinks before us. We asked them THREE times and waited an extremely long time for our large latte and our medium macchiato. When we finally had our coffees brought out, it had been so long that we were actually done with our food and had eaten our food dry while waiting. She brought us a small cup and a medium McCafé cup. We were immediately confused and asked her if she had them correct, I have ordered medium macchiatos many times, I know what they are supposed to look like. She handed us a SMALL cup, with a dome lid, and the drink not full, and a bunch of whipped creme on top of it. We didn’t ask for a small cup, nor does the medium macchiato come with whipped creme and a dome lid. It should be a medium cup with a flat lid and layered. It was almost as if it was supposed to hide the fact that the cup wasn’t even full all the way. She assured us it was correct. But it wasn’t what we ordered. This was the first time I’ve ordered a latte so we asked “why is the medium macchiato in a small cup with whipped creme on it, and not layered, it looked like regular iced coffee?” I said that my drink was supposed to be a large and I got a medium cup. She said that’s the medium and that’s the large. I looked on the side of the cup and it had it highlighted that this size cup was for SMALL McCafé drinks and my large latte was meant for MEDIUM McCafé drinks. Even if my latte is meant to be like that, that’s fine, even though I was expecting a large cup. But the macchiato? I’ve ordered that a lot, it always comes in a medium cup. Never a small cup. There’s no explaining that. That was completely wrong. It should not have been made with regular coffee, and whipped creme and a dome lid. It wasn’t even filled all the way up, we spent 30 dollars and were really excited because the last time we came, the manager must have been more experienced with blonde hair doing interviews. Everything went great and employee service was on point, This second manager with dark hair, everyone was running around like they didn’t know what they were doing, forgetting items, we could hear them yelling at each other and it was a mess.
