Needed to dine in today. Mmmm, 🤔. 7 out of 9 tables dirty. While dining in...not one was cleaned by an employee. I used sanitizer from their wall and extra knapinks I found at register to clean our table. All while still awaiting our order to be taken. Took 8-10 minutes for someone to come after we finally requested service. (Time crunch so this was our best family option today.)
Food...so disappointed. Overly salty our cheese burgers and cold fries. Gag reflux...and turning tummy seriously. My toddler and I could not finish our food. My teen gobbled down their own. So bad, I am actually sitting in the dining room as I leave this review. Owner and Management will hopefully pay attention to all the reviews and train staff or treat staff better so they in turn will hopefully produce better service. I counted at least 5 workers in the back ...
Lol. My order pickup number was 1666...YUP, I had several warnings NOT to eat here.
This is bad redefined. We have visited this McDonalds on a few occasions. The summary is very slow service, dried out hamburgers, wrong orders, and varying beverage quality. Employees seem to hate working there. For being new, you have to wonder about the company who runs this location.
Today was a perfect example at breakfast. Sausage Egg McMuffins both made wrong. Coke barely had syrup. McMuffins replaced with doughy not cooked muffins and extra cheese we did not order. Avoid this place until they care.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. We waited in the car for an extremely long time just to get our food, all while my two-year-old was in the back seat crying and saying “bye-bye” because she was so over it. I understand a bit of a wait, but this was excessive—especially considering there was no line. It was just me and one car behind me.
To make things worse, staff came out and asked us what our order was three separate times, which was frustrating and concerning. When we finally received our food, it was completely unacceptable. Everything was cold, the fries were overcooked, stale, and honestly inedible, and the Big Mac was put together incorrectly—which is surprising for such a standard item.
None of my kids would eat the food, and neither would I. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else for dinner after already paying. This wasn’t just a minor issue or a busy night—this was a complete breakdown in service and quality. Very disappointed.
When you go to McDonalds you don’t expect much, but if you go here take your usual McDonald’s standard and lower it 10 fold. You’re either going to get flat soda, wait 30min for fries, or just not an employee in the entire restaurant for 45min. This being a brand new restaurant in a pretty nice area you’d expect some kind of decent service but this location is just SAD.

Came to drive thru and ordered three sausage egg cheese muffins. Got home, part of one muffin was missing and all three were burnt and couldn't even break them with hand. Took food back and went inside and asked for manager. She sent worker back to see what I needed. The worker said she would renew order. Then manager brought one muffin back, I told her I needed three and I wanted her to look at previous order, she went back , never came back, didn't apologize or anything. Very unprofessional. The drive through worker was very apologetic from the start. All this after having to watch my sister take her last breath. This is uncalled for, something needs to be done
