  The food is what you expect from a mcdonalds. However for some reason they decide to staff low during peak hours which leads to longer than normal wait times. My big pet peeve is no drink fountains, condiments, or napkins. It's all behind the counter so if you need something you have to look behind the counter for an employee and hope they make eye contact with you. I don't know who owns this franchise but if you happen to read this please hire more people for peak hours.

  The staff are never even remotely attentive. You have to wait at the front desk forever to get someone to even walk over. The dining room room is never kept clean. The fries tasted stale, and the staff is not friendly at all. Whoever owns this place needs to get their crap together.

  This place has gone to hell tremendously. I ordered my entire meal cook to order.... My burger patties are so dry and hard. I couldn't even eat them. I bought fries.... I didn't get them. The manager on shift complained when I ordered things customized. Jenifer with the freckles was amazing. But the manager idk her name. But she had a a terrible attitude and no customer experience. Sad to say considering I used to work here

  This is my second time visiting this mcdonald's location. My first visit was last year, so it was relatively new, I did not give a review. They could not do ice cream, no big surprise there. Because mcdonald's never has ice cream. Today's visit our specific and I only ordered one. Item, so it was very simple. Double quarter pounder with cheese, no bun, I have celiac's. I pulled forward to pay, verified the order because it was raining. Pulled to the next window the lady tried to give me someone else's drink. I told her all I ordered was the double quarter pounder, no bun and again she verified. She told me i'm sorry, it's not ready yet. Can you pull forward to the third window. I waited there patiently for maybe 3-5 minutes. Finally, the same lady from the second window came with a bag, and it appeared to have the One Item I ordered. I get home and oh, what would you know, a double quarter pounder with bun. Manager, owner and corporate, note the reviews of this location and make proper adjustments. The time was 10:39 pm on Friday night

  The new manager Alexis (who got transfer to this location recently) is a total failure. Super rude called me pet names just because I did not parked on the (3rd) window which is label #2 pick up window by the way, no #3. Then she scoffs at me when I asked her politely to don’t call me pet names and my name is Susan. The lady who made my drink was an angel of God and brought them out for me in the parking lot as I had my small children in the car. The reason I did not park at the window was because I was trying to give room to the landscaping guy behind me on a truck pulling a long trailer as it is super narrow to exit). Alexis needs to GO!!! She is rude, unprofessional, and condescending to her team and customers. She also needs to learn womencustomer service soft skills and leadership skills before she is a manager at any store. A disgrace to have folks that target customers for having a tick Hispanic accent…
