  Waited 20 minutes. Then the oder was wrong. Told the employee was told that my chicken nuggets were in the bag. Which they were not. Then my happy meals wasn't with the order so had to wait another 10 minutes.

  Always takes super long then the food comes out super cold. I honestly think this location should discontinue mobile orders. I commend the kids that work there because they do try. Just seems like theres no order or leadership and these kids are left to figure it out.

  I don't know why but this McDonald's is not as good as others. The staff is young and not managed well I guess. The front register is never staffed due to a kiosk ordering system and when they don't give you the sauce, or ketchup or maybe your drink cups, you have to stand there until someone notices you. Sometimes a few minutes. The food does not taste fresh fries and burgers taste as though it's been sitting around a lil while and overall it's just not that great. As typical of all McDonald's, it's hit or miss if you can get ice cream or milk shakes. "The machine is down " applies here also
