  We've visited Johnny's Pizza several times, both for casual dinners at the bar and table service with all of our children in tow, and overall, our experiences have been very positive. First, I have to give credit where it's due. The bar staff is absolutely wonderful! We've consistently been met with friendly, attentive service, and the waitstaff has always been equally kind and accommodating when we visit with our whole family. We did have one particularly disappointing experience when our order was completely forgotten by the kitchen. Even after the staff followed up, our food still never made it out. It was frustrating, to say the least, but what happened on our return visit really spoke volumes about the people who work here. Our bartender, a sweet brunette who remembered us from that evening, went out of her way to sincerely apologize. She explained that the kitchen staff responsible was no longer employed there and assured us the situation had been addressed by management. She even extended a credit on our bill and genuinely thanked us for giving them another chance. That kind of accountability and thoughtful customer service doesn't go unnoticed and is why I will return. Mistakes happen from time to time. Accountability though, thats often overlooked. I appreciate the establishment recognizing theirs. As for the food, I'd call it good, but not necessarily something I find myself craving. Admittedly, I'm a pretty particular Italian when it comes to Italian food, so my standards might be a little unfair. That's not to say the food isn't enjoyable; it just isn't the main reason we keep coming back. For us, it's the people and the experience that make Johnny's worth returning to. It's convenient to home, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the staff consistently makes us feel appreciated. I truly believe our kitchen mishap was an isolated incident, and I appreciate how professionally it was handled afterward. We'll absolutely continue stopping in from time to time. Sometimes great hospitality is what makes a neighborhood restaurant worth coming back to, and Johnny's has that going for it!

  I have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened and I never had an issue until October 18 at around 5:30pm. There were three females and one young man at the to go counter. The young man was respectful and courteous, however those females were rude and condescending, and I am sure they held back my order over 40 minutes. If I come back there and I see those females I'm walking right back out. I love good food but never poor customer service.

  Nick was the BEST! We had a big party, and he was so patient and took really good care of us! The good was great and he was ON it! Thanks for a great afternoon, it was wonderful!

  Staff is awesome! Akilah, Ali, Patrick, Lily, Addy are awesome! I’m sure I’m missing a few people. Love these people! Great place. These specific people deserve a raise.

  First time stopping by this location, long time customer of Johnny's in Midtown years ago. I was just wanting to grab a sub to go and keep moving. The restaurant was quite busy. I placed a to go order was told after ordering it was gonna be 25 minutes, not good. It was 40 minutes, way worse. The sub was small & light on meat, it came with fries which were ok, but not crispy. The price was $13.xx, so not a great value. Next time I'm in the mood for a sub, I'll go elsewhere.
