  The cleanliness at this location was pathetic—the floors looked worse after they were "mopped." If you actually want decent portion sizes, avoid this Chipotle at all costs. The food itself is good, but they are super stingy with the protein. I brought my family here (3 dining in, 1 to-go) and we all left disappointed. I expect way more from the brand. Will not return and do not recommend. Go to any other location in town instead.

  Barely any cheese in a QUESADILLA of all things, we ordered two of them so we know it wasn't a fluke. Chips were soggy and overly salty and there was still frozen corn in the side we got. Thought we were in for a treat with a new location, unfortunately just as low quality as the next. Just go to Taco Bell one minute away from here.

  Went in specifically for the free chips and queso on Cinco de Mayo. I ordered in the mobile app and thought the offer was applied. I’m not very tech savvy but it seemed like it worked. I went in to pick up my order and it wasn’t applied. I asked the manager if I could have it since it was the only reason why I came. She said no and that I could call their support number if I wanted to attempt to get it. Pretty ridiculous for a new store to be so stingy and lack any customer service skills.

  Grateful to have Chipotle put a brand new location here in Holly Springs. Employees were polite and friendly this Saturday evening. Parking lot is too small. Ordered steak burrito and steak tacos which were both good. However, the sour cream was runny and made it messy. The food seems to take a little longer to prepare but might be since the my just opened. Tried coming here a couple weeks ago but it wasn’t open yet so I went to the location on 92 which equally silly small parking lot. Stood in line for 15 minutes with little movement so I left and gave my business to Whattaburger.

  Terrible food portions - Been here 4 times now. I always order double meat. NOT double meat portion that I pay $4-5 extra for. Barely any rice. Gave it a chance more than once. Food is always cold here. Chips are cold and stale. Each time I’ve been through the lane, they can’t seem to find my order. Read the name, pretty easy. Each pic is from a different day. This Chipotle sadly is no different than the other surrounding location which have reviews in the 2 and 3s. Whoever is building the bowls and food should be re-trained. Or maybe the Manager should pay attention to what’s going out the door. $18 for the bowl today, and this is what I got. Do better. Maybe next time Chipotle should hire a better CEO.
