  This was our 5th or 6th time here ordering ahead and using the “Chipotlane.” We’ve loved it until today. Loved it so much we swore off Surchero’s in hickory flat where the service is truly terrible. Today however we sat in the fast lane at the window for close to 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging we were there and then when I waved my hand to get the woman 7 feet away to take notice she basically made a stink eye face and ignored us. Finally someone came to the window gave us our order which has been sitting on a rack all this time and when I asked for a manager she acknowledged she was the manager. We asked he to teach the other person some customer service techniques and basically got a half hearted sorry.

  Not sure what it is about this place but every time I get food here I get food poisoning it doesn’t happen at other locations been shitting it up for the past 2 days

  Very disappointed with the food. TOO MUCH SALT and almost couldnt eat it! I spent $27 for 2 people and choked it down. Will not be back waste of money and did I mention this was $27!!!!! NOT HAPPY!

  I started going to this location, because the Towne Lake and Hwy 92 locations add too much salt to every ingredient. This location is further out of my way, but I figured it would be better managed with it being brand new. Now it's the same as the surrounding locations. I don't know what it is, but someone needs to figure this out. I tried narrowing down which ingredients were causing my mouth to literally burn, buts not just one. It's the rice, the beans, and the steak. I can't believe anyone thinks this is acceptable. When I first had this experience, I thought it was a prank. Or maybe a cook was planning to quit that day and wanted to sabotage the food on his way out. This is consistent and it's disgusting.

  I am a regular at this location and have honestly had great experience each time I visit. Compared to their other locations, the customer service is just the start of their quality of work. Every staff can clearly be seen to have the training and leadership they need from their store manager. Keep up the good work and keep delivering excellence!
