We were very excited for this location to open, but unfortunately our experiences here have been consistently disappointing. During our first visit, one of the managers was extremely rude and unprofessional. After speaking with the store manager, she apologized for his behavior, so we decided to give the restaurant another chance. On our next visit, the same manager apologized and explained that his attitude during the grand opening was due to the pressure and stress of opening the store.
However, during our visit today (6/8/26), we had another negative experience. When we first began placing our order, the employee assisting us told us that she could make the quesadilla as an in-store order. However, once the manager came over, the situation immediately changed. The manager then stated that the quesadilla could not be ordered in the store because the online ordering system was back up. We were told that our only options were to order online or wait 20–25 minutes to place an order in person. We chose to order online instead.
What made the situation more upsetting was the way we were treated afterward. My husband, who is a police officer, had asked about the law enforcement discount earlier in the interaction, and it genuinely felt as though the issue was less about ordering procedures and more about not wanting to honor that discount. While waiting for our order, we sat near the online pickup area where the food was being prepared, so that we can see our food and to make sure it wasn’t being tampered with. Once our order was completed, it was placed in the pickup section.
Earlier in the conversation, my husband had asked for the manager’s name, but later forgot it. As we were leaving, I politely asked for her name because I personally had not heard it earlier. Instead of simply repeating it, she became defensive, told us to leave, and refused to provide her name again, stating that she had already given it once. We calmly explained that I had not heard her and that my husband had forgotten it, but she continued telling us to get out.
The entire interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. We simply wanted respectful customer service and did not deserve to be treated in such a hostile manner. It is disappointing because we truly wanted to support this location, but after multiple negative experiences with management, it has left a very poor impression.
And update now that I looked at the reviews I see another terrible review on her. Her name is Christine. They need to let her go if not that store will be going down hill soon.
