  I go here all the time after work they cook my food quick and are nice and I just made a mistake with my order and ordered it at the wrong location and they answered the phone so nice and cancelled my order immediately even though they were very busy with national wing day

  I always thought the point of placing an order beforehand was to ensure that your food was ready when you arrived. I placed my order around 7:10pm, received an estimate time that my food would be ready between 7:26-7:31pm… it’s 7:50pm and my food isn’t done. I would cancel the order if it hadn’t already been paid. How does the app say my food is ready for pick up if they haven’t started on the order?!! Raggedy.

  Esha is A1. Came in on Wednesday 7/8 and it was packed! She handled every order in a professional manner, greeted every customer with a smile and made sure everyone was well adhered to. The mgmt at this location has always been great for me. Keep it up!

  My son went the other day with a certificate for a free meal he received from the last week of highschool. He went to use it and the person at the counter told him they don't accept them anymore. The certificate was good until last day of the month. Being my son he didn't say anything about it to upper management. The person taking the order acted as of they didn't want to be there and had to work. When he asked if my son wanted something else, my son said no and left. Why offer something if your are not going to honor it. At that point, my son had to go somewhere else and use his own money.

  Delivery driver stole my food. I get it, they contract the delivery out to Doordash or whoever, not really their fault. I wouldn't have been irritated with anyone at the location over just that. However, manager Keiran acknowledged what happened, that it wasn't my fault, but basically had nothing for me. No refund, no organizing a redelivery, nothing. Not even contact or information for the delivery service so I could dispute it with them. The best he could do was "come up to the store in person and we'll make it again" and "call corporate." One, if I could leave the house at that time then I wouldn't have ordered delivery in the first place, and two, then why did I tip a driver and pay a delivery charge? Ridiculous service. Why have managers who can't manage problems in any satisfactory way? May not even be entirely Keiran's fault; it wouldn't surprise me if some asinine corporate policy handicaps him somehow, but that doesn't diminish the level of contempt, just gives it another target. Probably just going to have charge the transaction back. Been here loads of times, never going back. This issue is a new one but I've had problems at other locations in the past, so probably swearing off the entire chain now. (The food here is usually fine, for whatever it's worth.)
