- HOHenesis OrtizApr 27, 20261.0I'm being so honest, Nobody is in the front to help or take orders which is outrageous, I also work in the food industry and a rule is always to be their in front in case somebody needs your help. As well They don't have much customers inside and the FOOD TAKES SO LONG for something so simple. Management needs to look further on this because most of all these reviews aren't good. Not only are you training them to not their full potential, but your losing customers
- MRMadi RollinsApr 25, 20261.0me and my friend were so excited to get our meals and not only did we wait 30 minutes for our 10 piece nugget and our large fry but as soon as we got the food we pulled out the fries and took a bite and realized there was hair all in our fries. So we take it back to get new fries cause ours had hair in it but then we had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes to our 2 large fries. but once they gave us our fries we never got a sorry or any kind words of hospitality. we got our fries and he said “ here ya go” he didn’t even use his language right.

Even waited in parking lot when they asked me to pull up and wait so they can bring it out to me fresh. All that waiting and still received the most nastiest food I ever had in my life.
- JJJamesApr 24, 20261.0Why is the drive through always blocked off in the morning at 5am or so? They have a barricaded off and doors are locked but ya'll are taking online orders? At least turn the machines off for online orders. Don't make people waste their time in the mornings when we're trying to get to work
