She is very helpful and extremely patient with my husband and I. He is hard of hearing and walks with a cane. Ansley makes sure we are comfortable and our order is correct. Plus she will come back to our table to see if we need anything else. My husband tries to give her a tip but she refuses stating she is "Just doing my job"

Despite this, they still allow for customers to create orders online for delivery which lead to cancelled orders and refunds after the charges are made. Quite misleading. Hopefully they can manage to afford to hire and pay their drivers appropriately, as this had always been a major selling point for the brand. If not, i assume a lot less people will be purchasing lunch from them. Their entire marketing strategy centers around their delivery service after all.
