  I came in around 3:30, the line was pretty long. Once I got up to the front I ordered a burrito. The girl who made it (no name tag - short black girl with braids, nose ring, and an AirPod in) was clearly in a VERY bad mood. She barely spoke, would not reply when I would speak, and even rolled her eyes a couple times. Once we got to the salsa I asked for “A very little bit of red salsa” so she did a small scoop, I told her “that’s good” and she did another regular whole size scoop on top of that. She tossed she ladle back into the salsa with enough force for the salsa to splash back up in her face. Considered asking her to remake the burrito, because a burrito with that much EXTRA salsa (when I asked for a little bit) is not going to be enjoyable, but I didn’t want anything else made by her at this point. The extra scoop felt very intentional. It may sound like I’m just being a Karen, but I wish yall could have felt the anger coming off of this girl.

  Please do not waste your time coming to this Chipotle location. The attitude of the person taking my order was laughable!! I felt like I was in a C- comedy. I try my best to be understanding of people, but this one made me come back to the car and immediately write a bad review. I promise I didn't hurt your pet, because why else are you cutting eyes at me like my existence in the store is bothering you. It took at least 3 minutes of me standing there to be acknowledged as a person who was trying to order. I pray whatever is messing with you spirit be resolved in your best interest. But as for me and money, this location will never see either! Just in case you were wondering, I didn't order after that initial experience!

  I used to be a service manager for Chipotle. Worked in some extremely high volume stores with competent crews who could at least act professional if not pleasant. This Sunday group is not one of those crews. Im not normally one to stickler about attitude, food service isnt fun, but when asking for extra rice I dont think Ive ever gotten stink eye before and clear irritation before. Maybe stick the employees who at least can just be professional rather than rude on the line. I would have enjoyed getting corn salsa on my bowl, but when it ran out with my wife's, the irritation coming off the employee was strong enough that I didnt even feel it worth waiting to deal with her longer.

  Walked in at 2:30pm on a Friday to a line full of people. All of a sudden all 6-8 people in front of me turned around and walked out. I got to the front to ask what had happened, the young girl said we’re currently out of rice. I said well that’s fine, it looks like you have a little bit of everything else still. She walked away to the register and came back a few seconds later and stated that the system “was about to go down.” Along with a line full of cars outside in the drive thru, and another team making food on the drive thru line, this made absolutely zero sense to me. Seems that there is little to no management at this location. This is pretty sad being close to Crunch fitness, as most people will opt for a quick chipotle meal after a workout.

  I am so disappointed the lack of customer service! I asked for a bag with the handle because I ordered 3 bowls and it would be easier for me to carry with arthritis. I was advised those bags are only for the more important customers that order online. I am so shocked that I was refused a type of bag. A paying customer, purchasing more than one bowl. I advised the manager I would be reporting this to the corporate office. I also witnessed a customer being denied steak, it was only for the customer that ordered online. What is this? So the customer here in person is less important? Their money less important? The servers seemed rushed and lack patience, they seem bothered or inconvenienced. I am done with this location. Bad customer service does not sit well with me.
