An employee came back from break he did not wash his hands, just put on gloves and started working. Another female employee was sitting by the grill just eating in front of customers… I’ve never seen such filth also Super slow service

He seemed very annoyed & he was RUSHING me . He slammed his fist down on the counter more than I could count , he kept cutting me off to ask me “are you ready? What else for you” I complained to the onsite manager who was very nice & calmed me down . I most definitely will not be coming back if I have to interact with him again. I believe his name was David but I’m not all the way positive . To add , he rolled my bag up I guess out of frustration & left my friends bag completely untouched . Like dude ? Really ?

- SGSage G.Jun 16, 20265.0My household has been boycotting this location since last time we went the food was poor quality, rice was crunchy and atmosphere was dirty and unclean, but surprisingly tonight my opinion was changed, not sure if they finally got rid of the slackers who worked there in the past but tonight it was changed by the food being on point, packed high and plentiful, slight attitude when I asked for little more rice but that’s just cuz I like there rice but food was definitely better tonight hopefully this stays because I love chipotle and I missed having a good close location

I asked if I could have rice from there and I was told that was for online orders only. I just couldn't get that to make sense. I think that is crazy and they lost a customer 😕
