  Messy environment, trash on the floor, food smeared on the countertops (getting all over the bottom of the bowls as they moved down the line), dressing was poured on so sloppy it was dripping down the sides. They weren’t busy, but the managers excuse was “they’ll get to it when they can.” This is a terrible attitude to have as a manager 🤦🏻‍♀️ Food was bland - other than the asinine amount of cilantro in the rice. Huge chunks. I can handle it when it’s chopped more finely and isn’t the dominant ingredient in something, but I couldn’t even eat the rice…just had to pick the chicken and beans off the top. Which had little to no flavor. I miss the days when managers and employees took pride in their establishment.

  Easily one of the most poorly maintained and unsanitary Chipotle locations I’ve visited, showing clear disregard for basic food safety and FDA Food Code standards: Cross-Contamination & Allergen Risk (FDA § 3-302.11): The food was inedible due to severe cross-contamination—my bowl was filled with stray ingredients I never ordered (including beans) due to careless assembly. The front line counters were heavily smeared with sour cream, shredded cheese, and loose lettuce where bowls are dragged across, and portion cups and lids were stacked directly inside food debris. Improper Food & Supply Storage (FDA § 3-305.11 & § 4-903.11): Uncovered tortillas, single-use bowls, and an open commercial box of food wrap were stored exposed on low open shelves near knee-level foot traffic and floor splash zones instead of being safely stored and elevated. Dirty Non-Food-Contact Surfaces (FDA § 4-601.11 / § 4-602.13): The customer reach-in drink cooler was filthy, with old lettuce pieces, crumbs, and grime sitting inside the bottom grates around the beverage bottles. The sneeze guard glass was also covered in grease and fingerprints. Premises Sanitation & Broken Equipment (FDA § 6-501.11 & § 4-501.11): Discarded bags, loose trash, and continuous receipt paper trails were left scattered across the main kitchen floor walking paths. Additionally, essential prep line cold-storage units had handwritten "Out of Order" signs taped to them. Basic sanitation, routine station wipe-downs, and proper food handling are completely neglected here. This location needs immediate corporate and health department intervention.

  Environment is always incessantly noisy, the majority of the time they're out of "something" and it takes that much more time to get food on an already tight lunch schedule. The attitude of the employees varies, although most of the time......... ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

  Every time I decide to make a mobile order, I always regret it. They never put any meat in my bowl and burritos. They put more veggies and lettuce than anything. Today, I pulled up at 8:10 to wait for my order to be ready at 8:20. I pulled up at the window, exactly at 8:20, and waited 9 minutes before someone finally came to the window. When I got home, I counted the chicken in my bowl and had 8 very small pieces of chopped chicken. It was hidden under the veggies and lettuce, again. I should not be forced to walk inside to receive the appropriate portions of food. This isn’t cheap fast food meals and I expect to get what I pay for. I am not expecting anymore than what I have paid for. Today I was tired and didn’t feel like getting out to go in and wait in a line. I’m never going to make another mobile order again, so next time I am too tired to cook or wait in line, we just can’t have Chipotle for dinner.

  If I could give a 0 star I would but sadly I can’t. Been going there lately the food quality is horrible, portion control is horrible. Today I went in the chipotle lane to get my food, it said my food would be ready at 7:00 I got there at 7:10 it was still not ready. The girl at the window was rude, asked for my name twice I had to spell it for her she asked me to “do a wrap around the building” since it wasn’t ready low and behold I did a round n it was still not ready… I am just very disappointed by this chipotle…
