  Horrible! As a brother of a former chick-fil-a worker. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a chick-fil-a ever! I ordered four drinks at about 9pm. an hour before they even closed. and the person taking my order was amazing! But when I pulled up to the window. Nobody said a word to me. Not hello. Not anything. A manager with dark brown hair and like a striped white shirts was standing at the window talking to another employee and they both stared at me like I had a third eye and then went back to talking to each other. I thought, well for chick-fil-a this is odd with my sister who formerly worked at chick-fil-a sitting in the passenger seat fuming on how rude they were being. I don’t get bothered by these things easily but this was unbelievable. It took about 5-10 minutes of sitting at the window just waiting for my drinks in complete silence. Then when the employee finally got them. She walked out gave them to me without a word or smile or anything. She walked back and said nothing. I sat there for about five more seconds to just see if they would say anything but they went right back to just staring at me. This had to be the twilight zone because I have never had an experience like this. Horrible . I don’t want an apology. I want this to never happen again!

  Wish I could give 0. Their mobile app messed up, still took my money, and despite the error being on their end they wanted to charge me again. I didn't have the $30 again to spend on chick fil a, spent my last bit before I get paid to treat myself at the end of the work week and they made me wait for 10 minutes before the manager came out and told me "yep we gotta charge you again!" Absolutely ridiculous.

  My family and I just had a very pleasant dining experience. We have twin toddlers and going out to eat is often very stressful. This restaurant is incredibly family friendly from the rolling high chairs with complementary wipes and placemats to the excellent customer service (shout out to Adam who took great care of us!). And of course the food was excellent as always (and the toddlers actually ate!).

  Horrible experience at what is supposed to be nothing short of perfect.. order a jalapeño ranch club , the brand new sandwich ive been waiting to try forever. I happened to not drive my self as i am not able to right now and i get back to my place and i i receive a honey roasted bbq sauce that is supposed to be the jalapeño ranch sauce that comes with the new sandwich, instead i get this nasty bbq sauce, manager jade is not able to do anything for me as far as replacement... the sandwich is in the garbage, killed my entire night and mood. Wasted 14$ on a new sandwich and i domt even get the sauce that makes it what its supposed to be!! Garbage service.
