- COChase Obannon4 days ago2.0My server was very competent, not complaining about her. The food was alright, we asked for all flats and had to sit and wait for around 7 minutes for someone to come to the table to fix it, after asking someone when it got to the table. . I would ask other people besides my server for help and they would act like I asked them to commit a war crime. If it’s something that needs to be attended to asap ( like getting my order wrong) maybe it shouldn’t matter if you’re my server or not. Just me tho. The floors were super dirty as well. Took them forever to get a broom out.

Saw the bad reviews but figured people are too critical. I was wrong. Was there around 8. Only a few people in there. Waitress was so freindly but just ignored us. Nachos took 20 minutes to come out very cold and chips were not crunchy. Wings were ok but nothing like the past. Sad how places go down over time.

Ordered ahead and asked for timing due to travel, but food was prepared immediately after phone call. This resulted in cold fries which were hard, and toppings were limited/not all the way there. When I called, the manager Megan was unhelpful and stated they no longer put green onions on cauliflower wings anymore but the menu board gives this option. I tried my best to explain this to her. She also stated food is weighed and I had a little serving on fries than normal too. She was dismissive instead of resolving the issue and repeatingly stated they serve fresh food after every sentence I stated, refusing to refix or refund. No compassion whatsoever! For the price, I expected much better quality and great customer service overall.
