Came for the 8 pc family meal for $19.99. Got to the window and they charged me $35. Mentioned the special and the response was oh sorry I forgot to hit the discount. Did not offer a refund. Then of course there was no chicken so had to wait 20 minutes. No tea containers. Very frustrating

At this point, it feels like customers are just buying a mystery box. This is the second time I’ve had this happen at this location. The chicken tasted like it was barely cooked — almost like it was dipped in oil for a second and rushed out. This location consistently has only two employees trying to handle a full walk-in store and a drive-thru line with 20+ cars. How can anyone expect quality and proper service under those conditions? I’m not upset about waiting — I’m upset about paying for food that isn’t made properly and doesn’t meet basic quality standards. Management needs to do better: staff the location properly, improve food preparation, and stop charging customers for a product that isn’t up to standard. Watch the reply be the same generic response every customer gets: “Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about your experience…” lol That’s exactly the issue. Customers aren’t looking for a scripted apology — we’re looking for actual accountability and improvement. Or simply shut down the establishment.

The one-star reviews don’t even begin to tell this story. When I brought a raw chicken biscuit to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with little more than a blank stare. I later spoke with district and regional management, and the incident was investigated by the health department. The explanation I was given was that the biscuit was served raw because an undertrained employee selected the wrong cooking timer. I’m sorry, but that’s just not an acceptable explanation when my daughter was the one who ate it. A refund wasn’t even offered until I asked for one, and at that point, a refund wasn’t the issue. Food safety was. Everyone can make mistakes, but when those mistakes have the potential to make someone seriously ill, there needs to be accountability—not a shrug. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend eating here. Please use your own judgment
