  Been going here for years, but no more! Something very wrong here now. Food gone downhill, lines galore, never get orders the way you ask for them although they charge you for any extras just fine, employees always seem new and untrained, management never around. Going today was my own fault thinking just maybe it had gotten better. Can't get any worse so be warned.

  Bojangles is a fast food restaurant that serves fried chicken and breakfast items such as biscuits all day. Their borounds are delicious little potatoe patties deep fried to a golden perfection. Always friendly faces at the drive thru and inside when ordering. Prompt service as well.

  I went through the drive though and no one was there. I ordered the 3-piece dinner (2 thighs & leg) with Mac and fries. Also a chicken sandwich (no pickles w/lettuce e & tom)… sounds great, right? ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!! I got to the window paid for my food after three minutes they asked me to go around to the front and they would bring the food out so that the mac & cheese would be fresh no problem after almost 15 minutes I had to go inside and see what the holdup was. They told me they were waiting on chicken. Not the case they were waiting on my chicken sandwich. However, took my food when I got home. The french fries were black overcooked for sure and no potato in the middle instead of two thighs and a leg, I got two breast and a leg. The macaroni and cheese was ice cold and there was no lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich. This place is atrocious to say there was nobody in there. Poor attention to detail will never go back to this one again.

  Drove up, employee sitting out on ground in front of the store; he later went back in to work, I hope he wasn’t handling food. Only one car in lot, no cars in drive thru. I pull up and order two chicken sandwich meals. The employee at the drive thru is nice, takes my payment, and then directs me to pull around, they will bring out my food. I sit for 10-12 minutes and still no food. People are now coming and going from the drive thru. After another 10 minutes my mom goes in and she’s in there for at least another 7-10 minutes. I don’t eat Bojangles but my mom likes one in Clayton county and she was staying with me. Needless to say that I won’t be back. My husband tried this location once and was told that they were out of chicken?! That’s all you serve is chicken, how do you run out? Where are the owners, who hires these uncaring, unknowing, employees? I won’t be back.

  Food was horrible, forgot biscuits went back in to get them which they gave me the biscuits, but when I went to eat them rock hard, and burnt. The drinks were disgusting. The chicken was over cooked, and not really any care or apologetic for the long wait, or anything. I would've given a 1 star, but the staff was not disrespectful so I couldn't in good conscious do that. But I will not be returning, they need to be completely re-trained from corporate.
