Gravy looked like it’d been scooped out with a biscuit as there were pieces of biscuits in it. Fries were limp and almost soggy. This place has gone downhill so bad in the last couple years. Their fries used to be my favorite. No more!

When I did get the food they gave me extra with an apology. I think they may have some issues with their staff that actually makes the food but I don't know for sure - I do know that there are clearly employees who are trying to make up for some kind of deficit and doing a great job. And the food was really good when I did get it. The young lady who worked the front cash register in the store this morning is A+ and I hope she gets a raise.
