  First timer to this burger chain. Not the best but pretty good. I got the double bacon, side of onion rings and a drink that cost just over $17. A bit pricey in my opinion but that seems to be how it goes these days. Food was hot and fresh and the decor was what you would expect from today's burger joints trying to look cool and hip. Friendly service was also nice to see. One unfortunate point of business was the restroom. Dirty! No toilet paper or paper towels and a filthy wall behind the toilet. This looked like it had been there awhile and my impression was that this hadn't been serviced in sometime given both paper products were empty. Not cool. Unfortunately there are other places with just as good a product for less money and cleaner facilities. I will probably pass on a return visit given the price in conjunction with the cleanliness shortfall.

  Ordered food over the phone and picked it up, only to find out that my order wasn't made right after returning home. Call the store and they asked for my name and a few days later I came by for lunch and they remade my order and made it right. Management was friendly and very polite about what had happened. Overall the quality and service and the willingness to make it right is very inviting for return visits.

  I ordered takeout from Wayback Burgers in Hinesville and was really disappointed. The food was extremely overpriced for the small portions you receive. For the amount spent, I expected much better quality and value. The fries were unbelievably salty — not just seasoned, but almost as if they had been tossed directly in salt. They were also very greasy and difficult to enjoy. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect when it arrived. Overall, the experience simply was not worth the price. Between the small portions, greasy overly salted fries, and incorrect order, I don’t see myself ordering from this location again.

  So good me and my boyfriend stopped by all the local restaurants have bad rating and he found this one we live far away but anytime we come through Hinesville again we know where we’re stopping!
