I would encourage anyone visiting this location to be mindful of their order and double-check their food before leaving.
During my visit while on duty, I ordered Jamaican Jerk and Hawaiian Heat wraps. When I received my food, no one informed me that the sauces associated with those wraps were missing. I did not discover this until I had driven approximately 45 minutes back to my post.
I called the store and spoke with the manager. Initially, I was told they had been out of the sauces earlier but had them available at that time. My concern was not simply that the sauces were unavailable, but that no one communicated this to me when I placed or received my order. Had I known, I would have chosen something different. The sauces are a significant part of what makes those wraps what they are.
The manager apologized and agreed the situation should have been communicated better and offered to correct the issue the following day. However, because I do not regularly work in Hinesville, returning to the location is not always practical.
My biggest concern is the lack of communication and professionalism. Customers deserve to be informed when a key ingredient is unavailable so they can make an informed decision before purchasing. When concerns are raised, they should be handled seriously and respectfully.
This was my experience, and I hope the store improves its communication with customers going forward.
Service was right at a one star , nothing to write home about my husband couldn’t even speak without the lady interrupting and asking if that was all for the order atleast 4-5 times while he was trying to speak. They left a flatbread out the bag which I went in for and the gentleman that works there has NO customer service skills. It takes ZERO effort to respond instead of giving someone a head shake when in reality an apology should have been addressed to me. After arriving back to the car my son stated his cheese quesadilla was taken incorrectly and had chicken on it. I walked in and let the guy know what happened and of course no customer service with apologizing for my inconvenience on their mess up. Then as I’m waiting for a remake the lady who took our order and young guy started talking and laughing about what occurred. This was the cheese quesadilla what was served to my son which is ridiculous. The smoothie’s were great and we had no issues with our other flatbreads. I doubt we will be back at that location.

Every time I come here there is a 50/50 chance it’ll be negative. Today I stood at the register for over 10mins with zero acknowledgement and eventually walked out after an extended period. Previous orders had 3/4 full smoothies, missing items, wrong items. When asking to correct the order I’m met with attitude and disrespect.

Hi, I usually have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie, but I wanted to share some feedback from today. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, and when I first pulled in there was no long line, but it quickly built up behind me. I understand it can get busy, but the wait time today felt unusually long and a bit frustrating.
Depending on who is working the window, the customer service experience can be very different. Today, I went through the drive-thru to pick up three mobile orders. I have done this many times before without any issues or complaints.
A very polite employee named Cee informed me that another employee was complaining about me picking up mobile orders through the drive-thru. If this is truly against policy, then it should be enforced consistently for all customers and clearly communicated. However, I do not believe it is appropriate for employees to complain about a customer to others, especially when I was simply picking up orders that had already been paid for and when this has never been an issue in the past.
I appreciate Cee's professionalism and kindness, but the situation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would appreciate clarification on the policy regarding mobile order pickups through the drive-thru so that expectations are clear for both customers and employees.
