  Always friendly and accommodating. Kind young people working there. Food always hot and fresh! Could use some good music and they deserve a little update to the store. Good service overall

  Incredibly dangerous and hostile experience at this location. A staff member behind the counter intentionally lifted his shirt to brandish a firearm at me. When I complained about the intimidation tactic, management chose to protect the worker by calling the police to have me trespassed from the property instead of addressing the safety violation. As a disabled veteran, experiencing this level of hostility from a local business is unacceptable. Corporate HR and the franchise group have been notified. Avoid this location for your own safety. I found out the manager may be this guys sister and she trespassed me to prevent me from using the only 2 disabled spots in that plaza that’s directly infront their business. I’ve reported this to the ADA.

  Ordered here the other day and the dark skin lady with locs was so kind and funny. She smiled when I entered and the way her and the staff spoke to each other was so funny, but also felt like they were family. I recommend coming here. My pizza and wings were sooooo good.

  I placed a $120 Uber Eats order, and Pizza Hut forgot one of the pepperoni pizzas I paid for. Since I was at work, I sent a friend to pick it up. The missing pizza had already been made supposedly, yet the manager refused to hand it over. Instead of fixing the restaurant’s mistake, she immediately had an attitude from the beginning of the conversation and repeatedly told us there was nothing she could do and that we had to contact Uber Eats. Her employee literally huffed and puffed at my friend when she simply asked why does she have to contact Uber if that pizza can be handed over and the employee walked off aggressively as if she was going to get violent. For 0 reason What doesn’t make sense is that the pizza was already there. It would have taken seconds to hand over the item I had already paid for. Instead, they chose to argue with an innocent person rather than resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct an obvious mistake while treating customers disrespectfully is unacceptable. I also contacted Uber Eats and was initially offered only a $1 refund, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I hope upper management reviews this location’s customer service because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I will be reaching out to corporate immediately for this disgusting behavior
