- DJDanializ De jesus2 days ago2.0I went for a pick up order the young boy at the window was super sweet but I asked to add whipped cream to my hot coffee and she (a young woman) rudely said she couldn’t because it has to be paid for I don’t mind paying $.80 for whipped cream which I did the same day in the morning but the way she said it was condescending and rude then I had to pay $1 because it had to be charged as water. Also I had to ask at the window because the app doesn’t have an option to add whipped cream to hot beverages.

However, I already had one with foam.. Sounds like a training issue. Matcha & donuts were good other than that.

Ordered on the app this morning, get there around 5:30 am when they are supposed to open at 4:30 am, and they were closed. I want my money back. This location has constantly gone down hill since Shannon isnt the manager anymore. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
