Had to wait 15 mins on food. On top of that I can’t get anyone on the phone for a refund. So I’m out $53 and no meal.
- TSTerrie Sherrod6 days ago1.0I recently went to this restaurant and ordered a family meal I ordered 12 pc box I wanted dirty rice and was told after I placed my order they didn’t have any so I said I would take the mash potatoes and told they were out but the young lady said she would make some.Then I was told that they didn’t have any Breasts so I canceled my order and just got my boo biscuits only to get down the road to 6 very hard biscuits we could not eat them I have always had a good experience but not today.

But they still charged me for what I ordered originally. Not to mentioned I got tea so she could’ve said a large tea is only $1.00 instead of charging me 3.29 for for they were out there of. And I didn’t receive a receipt either . If they are out of an item they should update your order and charge the correct Amy. The biscuit was cold and cheese was very cold. Not impressed

According to Google, this location closes at 10:00 PM, so when I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:28 PM, I assumed there would be no issue. I placed an order for a two-piece Bo-Berry Biscuit, but when I pulled up to the window, the employee casually informed me that they had already thrown everything out for the night and couldn't serve me. Closing down shop and tossing food over 30 minutes early while still taking orders in the drive-thru is terrible customer service and a waste of business. If you are posted as open until 10:00 PM, you should be able to serve customers until that time. I was extremely disappointed by the experience and won't be back.

The management in the past has been some of the worst I’ve seen, and it seemed like things just kept getting worse. I noticed about a month ago they hired a new General Manager, and there’s also a guy I believe may be a new Regional Manager or someone over Catering. I’m not exactly sure what his position is because he’s always in that yellow Bojangles van. Well, two days ago was the last time I’ll be stepping foot in this store after what I saw. The guy who is always in the yellow van came inside, and his heel was sticking out of his shoe. His shoe wasn’t even fully on, and his heel had visible cracks in it. Then he walked straight toward the back, toward the kitchen. I’m sorry, but that is disgusting and completely unacceptable around food. I don’t care what position you hold in the company, if you’re walking into a kitchen like that, you should know better. I was also told by one of my coworkers, who recently visited the store, that they saw what I believe is the same man asleep in the lobby with his mouth wide open in front of customers. I wasn’t there myself, so I can only speak on what I was told about that. But between what I personally saw and everything else that has gone on with this location, I’ve had enough. If this is how the people running the store are conducting themselves, it really says a lot about the condition of the business. You’ve lost my business. Thank you for the good times but again not happening again.
