  I have gone to 7 Brew quite a few times. This time it was a bad experience. They got the order wrong and then gave me attitude about it. To make matters worse, there was no coffee in my latte at all. Just all milk. Will not be going back anymore.

  Waited in line for over an hour. I watched several customers jump the line. As I’m pulling to the cashier I see employees taking the Brew Doe signs away. After paying I was informed that they were out of them. Why take my money then tell me you are out of the promotional item. The two cars that cut the line got Brew Does but because I followed the rules I waited in the long line for nothing. As I left they were not informing people that they were out SMH

  I got the Cocoa Butter latte as a Frappuccino, it was to die for ❤️ my first time ever trying 7Brew which has been on the bucket list! I was not disappointed

  I found myself coming more and more often especially because they have sugar-free drinks but the last five times I have come in the last two weeks my drink order has been incorrect every time, examples: twice I asked for sugar-free and I got the full sugar version which was far too sweet, One time my husband and I had our extra swapped so while I had asked for caramel drizzle and whipped cream and he wanted none they got swapped on our drinks and we had very different drink orders so there wasn’t much we could do about it, My caramel drizzle has been left out repeatedly, Yesterday I asked for a chiller with an extra shot of espresso And got an iced coffee instead this time I did send it back, they handed me my remade chiller but then they forgot to put the caramel drizzle on the bottom… At that point, I just said thank you and drove away with my drink. Today I tried using the app so that there would be no chance of them putting my order in wrong and less chance of my order being mixed up… I got two of the exact same drink, flavored sugar free chillers with an extra shot of espresso, Carmel drizzle and whipped cream . They forgot the caramel drizzle on both.. I did send it back and asked For my caramel drizzle, But I always get an extra espresso shot and I can tell they did not put my espresso shot in. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating, I do really like the store I love starting my long days with a sweet coffee and I enjoy most conversations I have with the staff but for every time in the past two weeks, for my drink order to have been made incorrectly and mixed up is quite significant especially because we’re spending almost $20 every time we come in there for two drinks.
