- KJK. Joann4 days ago1.0This Bojangles has gone way downhill in the past two years, and today was the worst. 5-16-26 @3:30 I ordered an 8-piece family meal. While waiting for the food, the guy came back and said he didn't have any thighs and that he could do breasts instead. If I wanted dry breasts, that's what I would have ordered. Then he said we would have to wait 15 minutes. We ended up waiting 25 minutes...so much for "fast food." Then I got all the way back home and we didn't have the mashed taters and gravy! So now another 25-30 minutes of my time was wasted. He put Bo-rounds on the order instead of taters and gravy. Then he wanted to argue that was what was on the receipt when I knew good and damn well I didn't order any Bo-rounds. Also, the thighs were midget thighs, the smallest thighs I've ever seen for a big price. When we went back to get gravy, there were others having to wait on their chicken to be cooked also! And they weren't busy at all! Apparently, they don't cook the chicken until someone places their order. What are they going to do when a bus comes in? Very poor. And don't use my review to help grow and learn; fricken do better and hire people that have an actual brain. Rant over.

- LWLisa WharryMar 30, 20265.0So first off, It's Bo Jangles! Not having one in Florida, I'm compelled to stop on EVERY road trip! This is the best, By far. Clean, friendly employees and guests. Great food! Great Tea! The chef gave us samples of his fried pickles, and honestly I cringed. I've never cared for them in the past. But let me tell you, these were AWESOME! Perfectly crispy, not soggy AT ALL. Perfect ratio of breading to pickle. Perfectly seasoned! We even asked to buy more, which he was pleased to provide, gratis. When you stop in, Ask for them! They're not on the menu yet, and not at every location. Thanks, team, for a great dining experience!
