    My first time at Sonic and probably my last... for food anyway. May come back for a bag of ice or a drink. I ordered a burger meal with no ketchup. It got repeated back correctly at the speaker, repeated correctly at the window. Even the receipt says NO ketchup. And what do I find when I get alllll the way home. A burger with ketchup. SMH. Should have just gotten a drink and left like I started to. Do better please. Don't confirm an order repeated times and mess it up.

    Why am I waiting over 20 minutes for 1 slushie I ordered online ? Looked at crazy when I’m reasonably upset. How many times and how many different people I gotta ask for 1 drink ?

    I had a visit Sonic this morning I ordered a long chili dog my food was very so I couldn’t eat my hotdog because it was more of rubbish Too dry Could not reach the store because it’s saying that the voicemail was full
