  Genuinely the best Dominos I've had! Food was hot and fresh, delivery driver was super nice and got here fast.

  Had a pizza delivered last night & didn't realize until driver drove off that I never received my 2 side sauces. I called repeatedly to the store but was placed on hold each time for 5+ mins. During the last call, I was on hold for nearly 20 mins. By this time, I already decided to arrive at the store to get the sauces I paid for and to ask for a deal towards the next order, for the "inconvenience." Soon as I arrived, I saw 4 male workers doing nothing & 1 female worker (supposedly the Manager) working on a pizza. I immediately asked for my sauces & for at least "1/2 off towards the next order for the inconvenience." All the men pointed in the direction of the Manager, while they tried handing me a total of 5 sauces. I didn't need all those sauces. I needed a fast resolution. She had her back turned to me, but eventually turned around and said, "unable to do that." I was completely dissatisfied after leaving my home to retrieve sauces and arriving to see 4 of the 5 workers not doing anything &/or anyone taking phone orders. Seems I was placed on hold repeatedly, "at their convenience." That made me angry more than anything. This is why customers hate "prepaying for tips" ($6.00), because the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE never measures up to it. I usually frequent this location, but if this is the best way to treat a customer, my $ is good elsewhere. I won't be returning ever again, even if they're handing out FREE pizzas, daily for an entire YEAR!

  RACISM AND HARASSAMENT The general manager is racist and unprofessional. I ordered cheese pasta through DoorDash, but they delivered chicken pasta. DoorDash can't refund. I called about a refund and was met with the general manager's racism. She lied and said the supervisor would be refunding me. She has been continuously racist and said she will refund me and insisted her manager “has a job” so I have to wait for my refund. If you're Black don't support this establishment. She refused to give me the district manager's phone number. She never apologized for my order being. She refused to give me credit. This manger is hostile and scary. Edit: The general manager made harassing calls from a dominos phone number as well as a private phone number. Another location was able to provide me with the district managers number.

  I ordered a stuff crust pizza from dominos on tobacco road last night, I paid with my Bank America Card $ 27 dollars and some cents.The young man stated the pizza would be delivery in 45 minutes, 45 minutes came and went no pizza, an hour came no pizza. After an hour I called Domino's, and was told by the manger they didn't have a order for me. She became upset when I told her I placed this order with a young man an hour ago. She replied in a rude manner do you know his name then hungup
