I don’t want to have to pull my sandwich out of the wrapper and pick it apart to make sure that these kids have actually made my sandwich correctly. It is very frustrating.

We ordered a sandwich and a wrap, but that didn’t seem to register with whom was preparing the food. They kept asking questions as if the two changes were difficult to manage. They were more interested in their conversation than completing the order we paid for.
