    The absolute worst place ever. I asked for all the freebies, and extra everything, and i tipped. I will never go here again. And I'm going to make sure I tell everyone i know not to go here either. You gotta watch who you let work for you, because they will ruin your business. This place is bad

    Decided To Go There For Lunch....Big mistake!!! I ordered a Veggie Sub and it was Dam Near Just bread.Associate hardly out any lettuce tomatoes or anything on the Sub Even held back on the Mayo!!!!!!!!!! NEVER Will I Ever Eat at This Location EVER AGAIN! NOT EVER!!!!!!

    Everything was fine UNTIL I noticed somebody hair in my food. Had to throw it away with no time to get a replacement sandwich due to work. Hoping to either get a refund, in the meantime PLEASE enforce either hairnets or at least tie hair back enough not to get in customers food. Please.

    It always takes almost 20 minutes for a sandwich whenever I come here (when there’s no line), and sometimes the order is wrong. This isn’t fast food at all.

    I ordered from the app at Jimmy John’s and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. After placing my order, I waited about 25 minutes before going inside—only to find out my order hadn’t even been made yet. No update, no communication, nothing. I was actually excited to try the new Chicken Gyro, but that excitement quickly disappeared. Once they finally made it, it was thrown together incredibly fast and sloppy. It looked nothing like what’s advertised. Honestly, a photo is worth a thousand words—the difference between what they promote and what I received is pretty shocking. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. For a place handling food, that’s a huge red flag and made the whole experience even worse. On top of that, there was zero customer service. No apology for the delay, no acknowledgment at all. They just handed me the sandwiches—no bag, no care, no effort. For a brand that prides itself on being “freaky fast,” this was the exact opposite. Very disappointing experience overall. I expected much better.
