  Ordered for pick up. They used stale and burnt bottom bread. Sandwich wasn't even edible. Not the Jimmy John's experience I would expect.

  Get someone who speaks English to call out orders. Someone is calling out orders and you can't understand and the other employees are getting mad that you can't understand. Neither can they because another employee has to call out the order so the bystanders can understand. DEI is one thing. Speaking and understanding English is another. Hire the right people

  I drove 25 minutes in the rain to get home and receive one of the most poorly made sandwiches with nothing I specifically asked for. While the manager was kind in taking my call and crediting my card, it was truly an inconvenience to now have to travel back out for dinner.

  Ok .... Didn't want to leave this review but I'm still annoyed. They closed the JJ near me but I really enjoy the sandwiches. I went to the store and ordered a full sub... That's important... I needed it cut in 3rds! I said it like 15 times. They cut it in half then cut the halves in 3rds. That's 6s! The man argued that he did precisely what I asked. He did not. Then he told me he didn't care and wasn't remaking it. I never asked for him to do that. I read the reviews. But I assumed the bad service was only applicable to online orders. My bad. It's not.
