The line frequently spills out into the road and blocks nearby entrances, which makes getting in and out of the area frustrating and sometimes unsafe. They really need to rethink their system—whether that’s redesigning the flow or having staff outside with iPads to take orders and keep things moving more efficiently. That said, the employees themselves are nice enough and do their best, but the overall setup just isn’t working.
