  It was a lot going on at this location. They wasn't taking the Taco Bell orders and it was so confusing on what was really going on with the orders. There was a quite a bit of weight to get your orders. In the young lady was rolling her eyes at the customers when we asked for certain things we had to stand there and wait but when the other gentleman asked for a fork she hurried up and got him a fork in front of us. After we had been standing there for about 5 to 10 minutes. So no I will not be returning to this location. The rating is really for the KFC side employees could it could be it better. You never know who's in there and watching.

  These stars are ONLY FOR MONAE, she was the best. I came in with an issue and she fixed it. Sadly this has been an ongoing issue. The night crew dont care. They short you food, get attitudes, ignore you, and do as they please. And sadly no one seems to care to correct them. I only purchase here when its last min. I'll take that drive up Tara if I can.

  Horrible horrible customer service. I get to the speaker and all I hear is GO HEAD WIT YO ORDER… not Good evening… not Thank you for choosing Taco Bell how may I help you? NOTHING! I gave my order she gave the price I said thank you… COMPLETE SILENCE!!! I GET TO THE WINDOW SAME ATTITUDE…. Look like everybody working in there was on their phones …. She handed me my food didn’t say anything…. Just so rude…. I asked for 3 soft tacos with meat and cheese only… well I feel like I got a t teaspoon of meat and a cup of cheese on each one. Meat was cold along with the cheese. I just threw it away! Absolutely ridiculous!! I usually cook at home but I got off late so I decided to grab sum fast food. NEVER AGAIN

  This taco bell is absolutely nasty- me and my husband stopped by for 2 grilled cheese steak and it was so bad They were freezing cold and soggy. The wait was awful long and the cheese was not melted at all. Do not recommend. Will not be stopping by again.

  There’s some difficulty with navigating the KFC/Taco Bell combination as far as the apps and ordering go, but these employees are phenomenal at navigating the system and problem solving when there’s online issues.
