I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience at Pizza Hut. I found what appears to be a roach/insect in my food, and I have a picture of it as proof. This is completely unacceptable and honestly made me lose my appetite. Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority when preparing and serving customers’ food. Finding an insect in my meal is not something I should ever have to experience. I am posting this review so other customers are aware of what happened. I expect Pizza Hut management to take this seriously, investigate what happened at this location, and address the situation appropriately. I also expect a response regarding my order and this serious food-safety concern.

There was one occasion where my partner had gone inside to place an order - he doesn't speak english fluently, so then a female employee there rudely told him that if he didn't know how to speak english, then he should leave. She didn't even bother to try to understand what he wanted and place his order, she just decided to disrespect him when he needed the simplest thing: to order food. That's her job. I wasn't there on that occasion, but then I had gone in with him on a different occasion after that had happened. At that time, I was discussing what we should order together before a male employee then asked him, "no English ?" My partner shook his head no, and the employee asked him if I was around to help translate. Then, the employee said, "malo." That means bad, he was criticizing my partner when there was no necessary reason to. The order was being placed, why does it matter if it's me placing it and translating ? It seems that the employees here just have something against latino people, for whatever reason. They believe they're entitled to lack respect towards them if they don't speak english fluently. Perhaps, they won't even care about this review but I think that it should at least be known by others.
