  The slowest Panera in history!!! It’s so ridiculous that you can spend your entire break in a drive thru! It’s ridiculous how long it takes! Bring the prices down if you’re gonna have people waiting forever!! I gotta go back to work dang!!!!!! Or shutdown if you gotta keep moving snail pace!!

  I bought a yogurt with strawberries, but the strawberries are in poor condition, they look old and they don't taste very good.

  The ladies working today (4/18/26 at 8:50a) were extremely polite and professional. I placed an online order for a spinach soufflé but when i arrived, they didn’t have it. My order was replaced and I was offered a pastry for the inconvenience. I was impressed by their customer service (particularly caucasian female, blonde hair, short stature) and was thankful.

  Coffee people! Please please please keep up with the coffee demand:( the popular coffees are out, been out for a while and the remaining coffees are cold up to the point that people are lining up to microwave:(

  Effie the store manager is the best. She was so courteous. Online my expiration date wasn't taking. But she helped me with my order. She has such a pleasant attitude. I just moved in the area. I had a bad experience when I first went there. Poor food, Slow line and manger had an natt attitude.its been some time thought that I would give it another try. Because Panera food is always good. Thank God that manager was no longer there. Because the food was hot and fresh. Nice attitudes by Effie and her employees. I will recommend this store and go back......
