  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for months and ordering essentially the same thing every time: a large Strawberry Cloud Matcha Latte and either one or two Maple Brown Sugar sandwiches. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning to this location. There was some confusion at the counter about which drink was mine. An employee asked if I had ordered a latte, and because I normally hear my drink referred to as the matcha latte or Strawberry Cloud Matcha Latte, I said yes without realizing she was referring to a vanilla latte. Once I clarified what I had actually ordered, instead of simply clearing up the misunderstanding, the employee became noticeably irritated and spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude. I understand that working in food service can be frustrating and mistakes or confusion happen, but customers should not be spoken to disrespectfully because of it. This also wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced an unpleasant attitude from some of the employees at this location, which made the situation even more disappointing. To make matters worse, when I received my order, there was no straw for my drink. I had already driven away from the window and had to park my car, get out, and walk back inside just to get one. The manager noticed what had happened, apologized, and kindly offered me a donut, and I do appreciate her attempting to make the situation right. She has always been pleasant in my previous interactions with her. What makes this especially disappointing is that stopping here for my matcha and sandwich has genuinely been a small part of my routine that I look forward to before work or after dropping my children off. It’s a simple little treat that usually puts me in a good mood for the day especially with me having gone through so much these past few months and just almost feeling to urge to give up… . Honestly just a small pick me up to say keep going.. Yesterday’s experience completely took that away. I have never caused problems at this location, and I don’t believe expecting basic courtesy and decent customer service is asking too much. Unfortunately, after repeatedly encountering negative attitudes and then having this experience, I’ve decided I’ll be taking my business to another Dunkin’ location from now on.

  Best stale donuts around.. Get your coffee next door at Jiffy Lube. It's better. And free.

  I’m sorry but is it normal to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I have literally been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. It’s only three cars in the drive thru line.

  Employee doesn't even have a good attitude. You will feel you are being rushed. When I went to other dunkin donut location, employee will ask I want a dozen or half a dozen donuts and from there they start asking which donut you like and they put it in the box and send me to the cashier were they ring my orders. On this location, an employee just stand by the register not even acknowleding that we are there and took as couple of minutes to figure out that she was waiting for us to order. When we are ordering its take us a while as some donuts doesn't have any labels so we don't kniw what type of donuts are they but the employee at the register did even said any word. When it was time for us to order we said what we want but as soon as she repeqts it, it wasn't even in order the way I said it so I get confused on why some of the donuts I order isn't there and I repeat it again as the second time she didn't get the order right it took us 4 time to repeat my order. Once I payed for it we were waiting for about 2 minutes when another employee behind the donut display said "what donuts are you getting?" I response, we're waiting for our order. And she replied "can you tell me what donut you have?" With the frustration I have from the employee at the register, I just gave my receipt to the employee by the donut display. After a while she gave me the donut I ordered and gave a mild attitude. Long story short people in this location is not hospitable, doesn't care about the company SOP.
