  Bunch of kids with attitudes. Waited 30 min on an order after a 15 min drive there. They made sure to keep telling me it was being made. Yet 10 people were served and I asked where it was and then she told me they have to start making it after already telling me its been made. I had dairy queen in the car melting and all they cared about was who was going on break next. And the little black girl saying she is getting mad and hyped up because people keep asking her where their food was.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop when picking up an order placed through Uber Eats. Even though my order was marked as ready, I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes before receiving it. During that time, I witnessed the store manager taking fries out of another bag that had been sitting there from a previous, unclaimed order and adding them into my bag which means they were cold, that also raised serious concerns about food quality and safety. On top of that, there seemed to be a lack of professionalism in the store. Employees were allowing friends to come in and engage in personal conversations while customers were left waiting. The overall environment felt disorganized and poorly managed. This experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, efficiency, or customer service. I would strongly reconsider ordering from this location again.

  I ordered a 15 pcs combo and asked for them to be fried hard. Once I received my receipt, I noticed the fried hard wasn't put in, so I told tge cashier and she went to the back to let them know that she forgot to put that. When I got my order, I checked it and it wasn't fried hard. So, while the manager was up front, I let her know that they weren't cooked right. She looked at the receipt and said we make them, how they are on the order. I tried to tell her that the cashier forgot and she again said we make them how they are ordered. I once again told her that it was left off and the backs staff said the would write it down to remember. After, they were redone, which were still not fried hard , I left. Once, I got home one of the drumsticks had so many feathers left on the chicken, I probably could have flown away.
