  Ok, so I have to preface this with " I knew this would be a terrible idea". But I went with it anyway. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru when I pulled in at 5:00 pm. I figured that although I know this location is slow....it shouldn't be too bad. I ordered 3 things and a drink. The food was "OK" so I'm not even going into that part. I ordered through the speaker at 5:05pm thinking....."oh this might go well" (wrong again) by the time I got my food. 2 of the 3 cars behind me have left. I pulled away at 5:50pm. 50 minutes. I could have ordered the whole menu and it shouldn't have taken this long. I get it. short staffed.....blah blah blah, and very busy...... so is every other "fast food" location at that time on a Sunday afternoon. You need to do better..... I could have driven to the Thompson location, gotten my food and driven back and still have time to eat it before I got my food here. We won't even talk about messing up 1 of the 3 items. Count the drink as a fourth item and that is still a 25% fail rate at almost an hour. Again, Please do better.

  The worst service I have ever had in my life i was in the drive through for a solid 10 minutes. It had not moved an inch, I had already placed my order online, so I decided to go to the walk up window. A lady helped me 20 minutes goes by. She comes back and says they're packing up my food and then another 10 minutes goes by She comes back and says they lost my food And because they don't see my order on the screen , they will not be packing it up.

  the taco bell in Grovetown, Ga. need new management it operates terribly and as many complaints that are posted how is it still operating. This incompetence and untrained workers on the process is unacceptable I did not mind the price of everything going up but when you do not give me what I pay for this will not work. I will never visit this site again until it changes management

  So, I’m a fellow Doordasher and almost EVERY SINGLE TIME AROUND 10 PM or whenever I pickup a costumers order this late at night, they always take forever, they have a terrible attitude, horrible costumer service, rude rude and rude management, and always take 30+ minutes for a single DoorDash order to be done, they don’t care about their job, the costumers, nor do they care about fellow DoorDash customers either, either they need to be shut down or so many employees AND management need to be fired and replaced by REALLY NICE employees and management! Really really horrible service and atmosphere there, disappointing >:(
