  I gave this location 3 stars because the experience has been frustrating more than once. The food is usually fine and my orders have been correct, but there is an ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed. Every time I come here, there seems to be a worker staying in the bathroom stall where the changing table is located. On one visit, I had to go all the way back to my car to change my baby, which is extremely inconvenient. Another time, I had no choice but to change her standing up, which is not ideal or safe. I understand employees need breaks, but blocking access to the only changing table repeatedly is a big problem for parents. I hope management looks into this and makes sure the restroom is accessible for customers who actually need to use it.

  they somehow manage to mess up my order EVERY single time and i don’t understand what makes it so hard. i don’t even come here that often but it’s always something. a couple times it was a missing hashbrown. 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend went to get 2 mcgriddles. that’s it. they had us pull to the side and we waited nearly 20 minutes making us both late to work and the mcgriddles were cold! this time we ended up getting the completely wrong order and our orange juices were incredibly watered down.
